Men with monster blood are one of the few exceptions. In the world of the order, either those men of monster blood are killed, or if they're lucky enough (after finding themselves unlucky enough to be caught by the order), an angel will remove a man's ability to get a normal human woman pregnant. Not by castration or anything gory like that, but by removing their fertility.
