I should note that this thread (which you did well not to link, because download of small-titted-heroine game) also has a complete save, which I haven't tested, and a link to this translation tool, which I confirm produces a garbage-quality but functional translation for Mutation.
Also remember the trick that the amazing @IShallRemainNameless discovered to change the font if you don't want to deal with that bullshit.

Haven't used the new tool but for what it's worth, mtool did a fairly passable job. The game isn't story-heavy or well written, though I do feel like a lot of the humor would be great if translated properly so it still feels like missing out some.
 
Ok, I've updated the OP reflecting the game's release.
Actually, I may have gotten carried away, because I ended up making it pretty long — but it's information-packed and hopefully useful for someone.
If you're actually playing the game, I suggest you read the section about crafting. Spellcrafting is pretty neat.
If you're not playing the game, I included a 100% save with gallery unlock available and all items.

Humor is kind of… well, variations of the same joke where everyone's actually a perv.
Translation's still well worth it. You can better navigate the game's crafting systems, all those battle messages become meaningful and not annoying ugly screen clutter, and you do get some story beats — for me, knowing the dungeon being actually famous for being full of molesting and not lethal changed the prospective a lot.

Apparently, Mutation was successful, and he's happy.
So he's working on a sequel. And also working on an extra level for Mutation.

Here's the art for the announcement. Next game will be about an erotic trap dungeon, and he's hoping he'll be able to add quality of life improvements.

The new level, instead, is apparently going to be ocean-based — because Mute has apparently not seen enough tentacles yet. He wants to give Mute a new outfit for it.

Indeed it is. According to the patch notes, you access the new content after completing the original dungeon and content and then talking to someone in the guild.

Not translated yet, sadly.
