The flies, would be an egg laying thing...infestation is completely different than pregnancy.



As for the whole counter thing...well, unless he broke it, it used to be anal. There is two different doggy style positions...the one where she ends up pressed to the ground is the one where the counter went up on the anal rape. The regular doggy style looking position is vaginal.

I wouldn't know though...haven't really bothered with the game in a couple months.

When you get pinned from behind, there is two positions. Traditional doggystyle, and one where you are pinned flat to the ground. That one counts as anal.

Any chance of getting the latest version translated to English? Who was it that did the first translation? That was pretty good. Maybe he/she/they could do one for the latest version?

I just wish we could get a new mission with a new enemy. Hopefully an enemy with tentacles. Maybe the next update will include a new mission and/or enemy. We can only hope.

I don't know which "first translation" you mean. If my memory serves, I was the first one to give out a translation of sort (which was incompleted).

Nevermind that, I'm thinking of restarting the translation project. If someone want to do it too, please join me. One of the things I've learned from my scanlation group is that slave-dri-.... I mean, team-working makes the work progress much quicker. And it's less boring than working alone too.

I'll need the following positions:
  • Translator: requires decent understanding of Japanese. Machines of any type are out of question.
  • Proofreader: decent English, ie. people who can convert from Engrish to English with some detailed explanation, and check for grammars and spelling errors. Just running it through winword Grammars and Spellings Check won't make it. Understanding of moaning sounds is a plus.
  • Playtester: people who can play through all the scenarios over and over and check if the text appears correctly.
  • *Optional* Image editor: to work with those text images.

Current progress: overall 4/51, stage 1 completion (2 scenes), stage 2 start, stage 2 game over.
Pace: turtle

It´s on Page 21 or so, no idea it´s the old translation, without the new update (Pregnancy), but i am working on the Translation for the new update! -.-

(Many translation are ready to work, but not all few thinks are not translated yet)

I will post it when all is translated ;)

I would start last weekend but my pc crashes and i must install first windows new -.-

I can proofread (along with TL-checking), or translate if you need another translator. Will be slow with the latter though since I'm tied up with something else at the moment.

Congratulations for the translation project, it will be very interesting playing this game, actually understanding what is being said about the story.

You said that Level 1 was 'done', but this download only translates level 2, kinda confusing. Anyway, nice job, waiting for the full translation.

Thank you. I know that translating this stuff is certainly not fun and games and it takes a lot of time and effort. Just hang in there and don't give up. I know that everyone who does not understand Japanese will appreciate this.

I wish I could help you guys but unfortunately I can't read, speak or understand Japanese at all. Not only that but English is my second language, so I won't be able to help in checking if the English is correct or not.

Thanks for your efforts and I'm sure we all look forward to the translated version of NanoCrisis.

If there is anybody out there who can help with this please let us know.

The first few scenes (opening and game over) don't have a separated script files, so we can't inject the English script into the game and therefore haven't translated those. However, I'll put the translations for those on *someday*. You have to read them in a separated window though.

Since all the missions are out of the way, the play-testing recruitment is closed. Other positions are still opened, especially translator.

And if any of you want those images translated, please find an image editor for us. You can even use mspaint to do that. It's just the tediousness that I'm worried about.

*Promise* for next update: all intermissions (with Sumire and Olga), and seperated text files for Stage 1 (they won't be in game though).

A promise can be broken as easily as glass, and I'm not talking about bullet-proofed glass.

We use it where I work for some low-level translations of the stuff we get from japan. It's limited but works fairly well.

For making/editing the images themselves? Probably GIMP would work.
