Just a heads up, the creator seems to have been working on the third game in the series over the past few months, haven't seen a dedicated thread for it yet - seems like there's 2 protagonists again but unsure yet if they'll be bundled together or sold as 2 separate games like the previous entries. No solid release window so far but dev has mentioned hoping to release in autumn, so could potentially see a release or at least a demo in the next few months.

More info on the creator's ci-en

there's no way they gonna make it into one single game for 2 heroine after what they doing from the last 2 game separating it into 2 games for each heroine

Man I forgot how much of a shyster circle this one was. Very expensive short and linear games split into two for double the purchases.

Yeah, no way they don't try double dipping again.

Yeah, looking forward to the third game but this splitting of the game into two parts instead of making either character selectable is pretty scummy.

Aren't you just gonna be like everyone else and pirate both versions? :D

Yes, but only because of this. There is a sea of crap games because we don't support developers, many of which who solitary with no support financial or otherwise. So, I almost always pirate porn games first, but if they turn out to be enjoyable, then I buy them exactly becauseI want that developer to keep on making more of those good games and sticking around.

edit: typos

second this, always reward hard works, by providing them the money they deserve they can continue making more games that is to your liking, cause that's the only way for indie games to float up.
obviously, when they start turning shit then i would consider to stop supporting them.

This circle is employing blatantly scummy tactics for pretty substandard content. So don't look down your nose at people not prepared to shell out money towards this kind of practice.
If anything, people deserve praise for this kind of quality control 'cause the Japanese H-game industry sure as hell needs the low effort or just outright greedy sludge flushed from it.

I'm suprised at the heel turn in opinions towards this dev. People used to praise him for packing his games with a ton of animations and the fact that he'd double the count by making 2 editions with different girls. I for one don't see an issue with splitting them in two as it lets you pick the one you prefer + he did actually have to animate both seperately as if they're different games. It's not like this is game freak where the editions are both identical with only arbitrary differences that boil down to changing some 1's and 0's.

That said, maybe they're a bit overpriced? I'm not sure, I don't know how they compare to other games in their price/value ratio

TL;DR: Feels like the same old same old, prices feel uncompetitive with greatly improving market standards, content is there but it's unimpressive at best.

-There's lots of content but none if it is really that good. Animations are notably choppy and haven't improved much over 3 whole games.
-The gameplay's very lacking and not much of it has changed over the 3 games they made. I don't think player inputs have even altered at all. Feels too safe.
-Effectively halving their H content and putting it into another game feels like a fucked up practice IMO. Many other pixel animators animate scenes better and generally put more animations into their products. They could get away with it if they had some stand-out fetish niche, but they.. really really don't.
-As you said, they feel overpriced for what they are. Lots of better titles cost a whole lot less or even half that amount, but they're not even trying to compete with them.
-And honestly... the enemies are so ugly, usually with just one girlxgirl scene enemy to compensate for it.

gonna add some while at it:

-Animation rather nice and they hardly copy one scene with others even on different heroine, BUT, the animation itself isn't exactly the best and yes it is sloppy
-they charge price of 2 games for what is basically 1 and half game, how so? both game literally share the same asset! background, music, enemy and their movement. the only different thing is the heroine and their scene, nothing else
-the gameplay is not only lag but ALSO completely unoptimized, a guy on previous page manage to dig the game file to search the state-machine and jesus christ how disgusting it is, no wonder the game get extremely lags for every single movement you make

Oh I'm not looking down on people who pirate. I thought that's exactly what we are supposed to do when low quality h-games are made.

I don't really understand what people are talking about. Sure there's a lot of enemies but the animations are kinda repetitive IIRC and the gameplay is trash. This isn't succubus affection or menzstudio game or a really good h-act platformer like anthophobia or echidna wars. Are we really pretending we would pay for these kinds of games? I remember hitting some game breaking bugs in the first set of games where I got stuck in walls or fell through the floor.

Yup that's exactly what you should do. I'll eat crow if this game is actually good but the odds are against it.

Oh! Well then I'm extremely sorry for misunderstanding your intentions. There has been a small number of people judging others for pirating shitty H-games lately, so I've gone and assumed the worst.

My problem with this is that it's not completely true. We're talking the same levels, which aren't exactly elaborate metrovania maps, and the same exact enemies with two protags that are very similar, so it's not like they play drastically different, they just have different attacks.

So yes, he had to animate different sex positions for each of them, but this is effectively what a ton of other games do when they add multiple or multi stage animations for enemies. Instead of two different characters like this dev though, it's just one. Sometimes not even, though. Aria Puria does this, for instance, and it has way more enemies than these games do (and some of those enemies don't just diddle the boy, there are lesbian scenes too).

You can also make the argument for games with more nuanced animation requirements like Shrift.

So you're not wrong, but I don't think you're right enough for it to be a valid justification.

New post from the dev confirms that this third one will also, in fact, be sold in 2 separate versions.

So it'll be big sister and little sister versions (though both are stacked).
Seems like the big sister will be more active in the animations? Curious to see how that one will go. Curious about the enemies too, since this one has a desert setting, as opposed to previous games just having "the desert/ruins level".
I hope they'll have figured out the character framerate issue for this one, at least.

Well, sucks, but not surprising given their track record... I wonder when it'll release.

Title screens were revealed, Dev says a DLSite page will be set up with a trailer video next week. The MCs from these games appear in the title screens for the 3rd game ( up on ci-en) so they might make a return.

I didn't see a thread for either, but it's probably time to make one now.
