I think a move to group-based H-game production would see alot higher-quality content finished, with the caveat that experienced managers and team leads are in control, not the artists.

And there is where the Artist ego comes up to the scene - not All of them(especially if they're good or think they're good) is gonna work under someone, especially if they are the creators of the initiative OR they can snatch it out of the manager's hands...
Of course, an Experienced manager could make a good game but only if:
1. This manager actually stands in the origin of the whole development process. Means he wasn't invited somewhere in the mid-process of the whole development and doesn;t know the whole project.
2. This manager *knows* how to handle artists like their personal b*tches and is able to put them down with a proper-level of force b*tchslap once they start plot some shit.

Wait... did I mentioned Breeding Season already? Oh yes I did - a bad case of a dumb manager.
Did I mentioned the former Towergirls: Kingdon Conquest... ahem. Princess&Conquest nowadays? A good example of good manager who not only managed to slap an b*tchy artist but also preserve the art style and the whole game material with minimal losses.
This is only a two examples of such manager-centered "teamwork". Usually there is an "Artist-Programmer" only projects or in several rare cases "Artist and His friend or two" projects one wait actually two of which I already mentioned. (as a third example I can put RockCandy here who is cooperating RN with Fallow Wing in terms of coding his Flash Animations)

There's wild-life which has pretty high-end graphics as well.

The games I listed met it (I have to assume since you're adding new criteria that they won't meet, as I still don't know what videos you're talking about), either be more specific to begin with, or eat crow when it's served to you.

But to make things clear to you - I could even kick out the "Quality" part of the list. What would you have to do then?
I only incorporated this criteria because NearFatal is the only HQ vector-graphics(which allows you to zoom in and out in his games as much as you want without any fear and see everything with same level of quality(ImpregDef Demo is pure example for this actually. Try to zoom in the Fairy.)) porn artist I ever saw.

Once again, i enjoy the concept very much and i like the animations, but i'd sooner put my money on him disappearing into the ether. What still shocks me is that nobody has tried to copy his concept. I'll check back in a few months and see whether we're at with this.

He’s been updating regularly for at least the past 3-4 years on different games. I’d say for 1 almost 2 years he’s been strictly impreg defense with some other small stuff mixed in. While hentai game makers are the flakiest people on earth he’s been consistent since he came back.

With that said, he’s flat out said after this level 4 animation he’s done with impreg defense for the time being. He usually will rotate all his big projects once one animation is done but impreg defense stuff was so heavily voted for he stuck with it.

Unless he puts out another vote or moves to the guro stuff I doubt you’ll see this game for a while once level 4 is done.

Honestly, I wouldn't have bet on him finishing the second level so he's surpassed my expectations, however low they were.
