I will make a contribution to this lurker-infested thread. This is a damn near complete walkthrough. I would also like to say that, while it will take you thorugh the entire game, it will not tell you all of the game endings or skulls. I didn't write this, and I take absolutely no credit in making it. I just found it on my external drive, and figured it might help.
P.S. If you want to fly though the posts to find what you need, I recommend using that little feature in your browser called "find". It will do wonders!

After you create the blue/ghost "Penis" and "Tentacles" head to the girl and use them on her. Once she is suspended in the air, simply use the skull on her. I'm not sure if you can 'use' it anywhere on her, so I just be safe and click her pussy

You need the board from the end of the first scene with the girl when you spank her with it. If you do the fingering move instead of the board slapping, you can't get the board. Once you have the board and you get to the kitchen, you can use it on the heavy cabinet on the left to move it. Behind there are 2 lights. Use the rope on them to open a secret panel and get the black pearls.

I have an uncensored version. But I cannot get the gallery to work, nor am I sure if it has the skull knight ending.
Edit: Messing around by replacing files I have and the one Snopy posted to see if I can try and get a full game uncensor. I found the file which causes the censor but seeing as i have zero flash skills I'm not going to be editing it anytime soon. I got to gallery to work but I'm not sure if ending 3 will. Also, some a few small scenes where missing when I replaced the the file that causes the censor. If anyone wants to take a crack at it I'll post it up here.

Yes, it has. You have to copy the code that is in the bottom before closing the game and pasting it over in the save file in the same folder. It's a notepad file, don't remember it's name exactly, but it's pretty obvious. Just paste the new code over the old one.
Not only has a uncensored mode, it has a blood mode...far, FAR more gory. Both codes are on the game's web, the uncensor is pretty easy to find, but the blood is hidden. Don't remember very well where is it, but i know you have to highlight the text to see it. Also, you are going to lose all your progress if you use those codes.

A note to anyone who's still reading these posts and is very very bored,
it wouldn't be a bad idea to open up say a google page and search torrent-pirat.com,
and if say in your travels you happen across somen words you don't fully understand,
then a note that might interest you is that "Поиск" means search or some similar phrase.
If you find yourself lost on some web page that happens to have such a word then it wouldn't be a bad idea to click on it and try to find what your looking for.
But that's if your ever in such a situation, probably won't ever happen.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned before but I believe you can use the plunger on the girl in the Ghost ending. Anyone know if you can use the fishing rod on her? It seems to be there in the theatre mode and I don't know why.
