Defeating all the skulls allows you to summon the Skull Knight at the end.
And there isn't an expansion.
The skulls are hidden in random background items. Upon finding one, you can fight it.

Sorry for my necromancy practice with this thread, but there seem to be several items hidden in the game that I didn’t find any mentionings of in either of the forum discussions.
There also seem to be two different types of spells — usual and demonic.
I don’t know what the toy cubes, rose spikes, and clamp are used for but there also seem to be some sprites in the game in which the girl’s body is partially converted into a doll. So I’d say at least the doll has the likelihood to be of an actual use rather then an abandoned thing that was initially designed for one of the extensions (that, AFAIK, did never happen).
I couldn’t make any more sense out of the code, but one of the items can be down the sink in the Bathroom (“If something small dropped into it, it\'s down the in pipe.”).

I see that in Gallery/Theater mode when you have options for Gore/Nipple/Nipple2/Nipple Meat/Special, can anyone tell me what they all do? They all seem to do the same thing. Also during the game proper, if I turn on guro, where do I get the nails to drive into the nipples?

There are NAILS that you can pull out of the wall and then use on the girl.
Everything's environmental in this game, you have to search and click on the environment to get stuff.

Necromantic Skulls 10
Be careful since a total of 3 culmative hits from getting the whole 10 will kill you. You have to use the 'HIT' button to spawn them all and it takes about 10 hits to put them down as they charge you.
In order of location.
#1 In the attic to the upper right of the roof, looks like a hanging sponge
#2 Once you leave the attic in the hallway with the path choices, you have to hit the lightbulb overhead just right to cause it to swing enough to shatter and release the skull, it the most difficult one to get
#3 in the bathroom hit the ratty towel
#4 in the room with the gardening dress hit the clock on the right
#5 downstairs in the main entry hit the hanging spider on the upper left of the screen
#6 in the kitchen, hit one of the hanging tools/ladles
#7 outside looking at the front porch,hit what looks like a wasp nest on the upper right corner just underneath the porch overhang on the inside of the last right-hand beam
#8 in the room with the fishing rod, hit the candle chandelier
#9 in the basement stairway hit the left hand mushroom
#10 in the cauldron room hit the rock on the ground on the lower left
I have no idea what getting all 10 skulls does since I have been unable to do it without ketting killed

Got what the filled princess belly means: if you click on the place where the belly is red from stretching (after during the mouthjob, before he comes), the scene becomes different. (Also, the belly need to be red. So only when the tentacle is thrusting)
For the skull: if you use them on vagina during sex with jasmine, you get extra scene. Though, I don't know if there is somthing with alice

i havnt seen them. Ive only seen the big wall metal things to bind her leg. i mean the nails you use on the nipple or inside the vagina.
