Sorry for the late reply, I don't really check this thread when there's no recent update. I believe this is the closest save I have at 6 hours in. You might be better off replaying from the beginning to not miss any story.

On the subject of the gallery, I think this game over event is currently unobtainable. You can lose and experience the event at that point in the story, but the game will go to title and not remember it. The event will not appear in the gallery room.
