By popular request, I added a rough indicator of time remaining to Seven Minutes in Heaven.

I think "Ending # out of #" would be nice though, as it gives people an idea of how many endings there are to tweak around with.

For the main game, I got a bit annoyed at how useless tying people up gets later. Even non-str builds can break out of your Zip-cuffs with no effort.

Maybe have Mad Science grant an upgrade to it to make them useable at higher levels?

I guess you could just replace them with handcuffs, or some sort of super-rope.

Zipties do definitely fall off in effectiveness after a while. They are super cheap, so they're handy in the early game, but later on you're better off with handcuffs and other binding abilities.

Man the first time I played, I tried Alina and did fairly well and now I can never replicate it, ahahaha.

I swear something got tweaked to make it even harder now... I thought kissing her neck is safe, but I actually got game over'd from that...
To get Ending #1, since Alina is more finnicky than Steph, and there's more time-eating obstacles, you have to actually take notes on which options trigger an opening to which other options, and how many times minimum you need to perform x pleasure to move on to the next option.

Dev even said himself that he cut Ending #1 for Alina close on time, so there's very little room for error.

Where do I get handcuffs? I had them used on my once but I've never been able to find where to buy them.

Haha, nice. Yeah, Same here, through I ended up taking a peak behind the scenes, since I was starting to write notes on how to replicate Ending #1 perfectly, but I decided I'd just peak under the hood instead. It's fairly easy, as none of this is obscured, though keep in mind that the spoiler is below since you'll see every part of the game...
Go here for the direct file of the game:
In Chrome, press F12 to open Developer Tools, go to the Resources Tab, then on the navigation to the left, go Frames ->(SevenMinutesinHeaven.html) -> SevenMinutesinHeaven.html. After that, it'll be displayed in the main Developer Tools window.

For easier reading, if you go to the top right of the Developer Tools where it has the vertical ". . .", that activates a drop-down menu where you can choose "Dock Side" and choose so it pops out as its own window, which you can then maximize and read at your leisure.

I appreciate the author really capturing the spirit of... curious, shy, horny youngsters? It's all kind of cute, awkward, tender, and pretty hot, without being too... saccharine? Most of the dialogue and endings capture that, and it is a nice change of pace from Night Games.

At long last, the new update for Night Games is available to Patreon supporters. If you are a patron, head over to my Patreon page to download the update. If you aren’t a supporting yet, this may be a good time to start. In addition to AimlessArt’s great character sprites, we’ve done a ton of work on the UI. I think it looks great.

If you can’t or don’t want to support us on Patreon, this update will be available to everyone in about a week. Also, if you don’t mind some shameless shilling, we’ve recently added some higher Patreon tiers with rewards based on AimlessArt’s work.

Having a problem getting this running. Got an updated Java version. When I try to run Night Games, the window pops up and then immediately disappears. :( I had it working on my old computer before this last update.

I don't plan to change the save file structure, so saves should remain compatible for the foreseeable future. I'll mention in the change log if I do something that will cause save compatibility issues.

Feedback.

1. You can actually lose in easy mode.
As I found out when fighting Jewel while my own character was buck naked.
2. How exactly does relationship advancement work (if it has been implemented)? I appear to be stuck with just the 3 default options (Games, Sparring, Sex) for Angel.
3. The navigation panel tends to obscure a button or two on occasion, particularly when more options are available:



In this example, the "XXX Store" button is squashed between the "Play Video Games", "Angel", and "Jewel" buttons. You can barely see that it's even there.

1. Yeah. Easy mode makes you overpowered, not invincible.
2. There is a hidden affection stat for each girl. There are a number of different ways to increase it, but the simplest way is to just visit them during the day. Higher affection will unlock new scenes, though for the most part they art still accessed by the same three options.
3. The UI currently doesn't scale very well to small screen sizes. I'm working on improving it for the next release.

Scenes in the plural?

  • I've unlocked a special scene with Angel where she talks about how much she values her friends (Caroline, Sarah, Mei) and explains why she's been going thru sexual partners one after another, all while sharing a futon with the player's character in her room. This happened around ~60 affection after she chose to become a 'succubus'. It also replaces the visiting scene up until that point (where you first text Angel to arrange a meetup and then find the others waiting to greet you). I've since accumulated 120+ total affection with no luck. Are there any other important scenes at higher affection thresholds?
  • I found a Caroline scene by chance when playing video games. Do I have to build up affection with her in order to progress with Angel? What of Sarah and Mei?
  • I found a Group scene by chance where Angel invites you to the movies with her friends when consuming internet porn. Need I spam this one as well?
I'm starting to think that I play this game for the wrong reason(s).

There are also some randomly occurring threesome scenes at high affection with some additional requirements. I believe Angel has two such scenes.

There are a few video games scenes with Caroline, but Angel's friends don't have their own affection stats.

Endings aren't implemented yet, so there isn't a whole lot of character development past their class change.

You get additional scenes for Sex, Games, and Sparring which give unique perks.
The perks themselves are unique to each girl, whereas their corresponding scenes get rehashed alongside the vanilla ones once introduced.

This isn't a complaint, by the way. Just an observation.
You also have different victory, loss and draw scenes after fights.
This seems to happen in light of a girl's class change, rather than out of her affection for the player's character. I've only visited Angel [daytime] so far, but received new victory scenes for Jewel, Cassie, and Mara all the same. Notably, Angel's new victory scene does not trigger unless she orgasms via oral sex.

No I get it. The only thing that is I'm a better programmer than a writer, so it's always been easier for me to add gameplay content than new scenes.

If you want to get the most out of the game currently, you're better off expanding your focus to multiple characters. All the characters are having sex on a nightly basis, so polyamory is kinda assumed.

Good news though, I'm currently working on storyboarding what would be considered the girls' routes in a conventional VN. My major plan for future development is to expand on adding scenes for character development until I have endings for each of the main girls at least.

I thought as much. I'll likely start over from scratch now that I've decided on a list of useful feats.
