Mine is not named 蟲の姦獄TL, just find where you put the game scenario

Honestly I have tried everything, I could put the translated files in every single folder and nothing will still get translated

As nty said, you have to replace all the ".wid" from your game with those from the translation, if you dont have any ".wid" file then redownload the game.

At one point I literally replaced every .wid that was possible to replace with the translation and there is still not a single piece of translated text.

Perhaps I can help you,

When you download the game.
1. You download Cardwidth
2. You download the Scenario 蟲の姦獄.cab
3. You put the .cab into the Scenario folder inside the Cardwidth folder.

You want to install translations.
1. You extract the .cab file.
2. You copy and paste the translations into folder, overwriting the previous files.
3. You convert everything back into a .cab file and you put it in your Scenario Folder.

You must be registered to see the links

This is a program for extracting and compressing files. It's free, works like winrar cept Winrar doesn't compress into .cab files. Use this to extract, and compress into .cab files.

I'm picking up the translation for this. I've spent a couple hours and translated much of the battle dialogue already, so I figure at this pace a full translation won't take an unreasonable amount of time, as long as I can navigate Cardwirth builder. I'll be re-doing some of the existing translations as well, since not all of it is adequate in my opinion.

Expect to see another thread when I'm ready with a patch.
