Doing so ensured that whoever was my helper squad at the time would pick off the one pest and the one boss on that side. I'm not sure if it would help much, but here's how fast my four squads were:

#1: 549 speed, immune to speed change nodes thanks to Nerine
#2: 565 speed
#3: 491 speed, immune to speed change nodes thanks to Lilac
#4: 639 speed

The #1 squad beat up the last pest the same turn that my #4 squad would have crossed the finish line, so I was close to not getting that third medal.

Thanks for the help.

The problem I was having was the random node to the left of the finish. I couldn't get a 3rd squad to go down to get the last pest, they kept rushing off to the end. I think on my 2nd or 3rd attempt I got them to go down but they were slightly too slow and missed the pest by 1 turn.

After too much stamina spent I have finally been blessed by the RNG and got the 3*.

That's the same stumbling block I had, more or less. It took my squads heading away from the exit via that random direction node five (I think) times in a row before I picked up all the pests, which is a 1 in 32 chance if the RNG is a 50/50 choice.

At least now I can go back to collecting Christmas cards for a bit; those ampys aren't going to buy themselves.

I got yet another Sakura dupe, but I guess I should be thankful it's a rainbow.

Would've preferred another Daisy if I had to pick a rainbow dupe though.

Well, Christmas ticket got me a Toad Lily dupe. At least she can wear her earring now. :p

I got Ivy, so now I have a clumsy Sailor Scout with an eyepatch that switches eyes depending on the direction she faces. Ivy is also my 110th Knight so I got a free level 100 blue manyu as well.

these secret gifts say 30% popularity what does that do exactly?
i thought it was just aff items also first dupe from ticket it seems my luck has run dry

Dupe Dendrobium for me. Not sure if I should keep her or combine her. Not going to be getting 4 rainbow squads anytime soon so probably keep.

New Setaria from ticket. At least I can keep away from the dupes even if I never get rainbows :/

loaded up my second account and got fir. I guess I truly do have no luck with rainbows. I did get a flower gem from gathering after going months without one

I got Dahlia. While no rainbow, she is in my wishlist, not to mention a very useful unit(debuff attack) so I'm a bit confused in this regard.

And she's a multi-hitter. Skillblooms will be for her.

EDIT: also special thx to Tomitain. Your helper squad really help me in securing Tachibana's FG in P1 map :)

Also, I like Dahlia's skill set too. I hope to one day put forth a helper squad with Cherry, Bride Oncidium and Dahlia so I can put the screws to enemy pest attack power.

Also also, Ivy is a tremendous dork and I wouldn't want her to act any differently than she does now.

gonna have to start making hard choices between girls I like and girls that are stronger. like peach and her creepy doll things..

Well shit, I've been waiting for a few days since I finished getting all the necessary rewards from the current event. Guess it's time to farm some extra dragons. <.<

The second half of Tachibana's event looks to be up now, so you can get that out of the way if farming for dragons wears thin.
