I will say most of my communications and tickets have taken around a day to get a response back. A few of the bug reports didn't get updated until the issue was further along like the assignment time issue ticket came back around the time they gave us our apology gift.
they usually replied to my FB messages within a few hours. heck, i asked a question about taimanin asagi's release date and they answered that rather quickly. granted that was a few weeks ago.
When I first loaded the game, it was greyed out on Chrome. I refreshed chrome and it loaded and was accessible. I didn't do anything else like clear the cache.
I was talking with support before I went to work. After the usual cache stuff they asked if I was higher than level 10. Haven't heard back since I responded.
I don't know what browser you guys are using, I am using chrome, and have had access to the event from the moment in started. I don't know if it went down at some point last night? Are you able to get into the event now?
As for the response rate, try contacting us during office hours. 14 hours ago was 7 pm here, we are not in the office at that time.
i was fine the whole time - some weird issue probably. time zone again maybe? or something like that?
Btw kinda sad that you cant reset the level of bosses - you cant get daily rewards for 20 killed bosses - since you cant kill 20 5 000 000 hp bosses per day without paying. so those who just starting - stop after killing 20 bosses. you will get more energy refills and gold tickets that way (not like me who killd 70 bosses in 1 day and now sitting on each boss for a few hours till someone else is going to kill it)
Also - do not forget about PVP -there at least SR puzzle - and ppl getting a lot of money from rewards- you can get 10-20k per win

i am also using chrome but it is fixed now. i see the FB post about it being fixed but is there going to be any compensation for the late starters to catch up to the early starters?
is there any benefit to letting other people atk or finish my raid boss? at the least, there is a finish bonus so why would i want others attacking her?

You want other people to attack in later levels. Boss have over 6 000 000 hp in 70+ lvl. My attack is so low that 6x attack deals only ~800-900k damage.
yeah, highest i've ever dealt was 1.9 mil. though if some one else kills it, would i miss out on the special gatcha tickets? that's the thing i dont want to miss out on most.

I just noticed that as well. I have access to the event button again, but it says I have defeated 50 raid bosses today. Maybe the event reset happens at a different time? Or whatever bug prevented me from accessing the event froze my status while it was active and screwed me out of my daily gold ticket.
