Apologies if this has been asked before, but can anyone give me some tips on clearing 10-2+?

I'm getting utterly destroyed.
Current party is Monique (3 rank fighter), Ivetta (3 rank soldier) , Azamino (3 rank ronin), Ann (3 rank cleric), Alicia (3 rank mage)

All around L65 with chapter 8-9 gear. Most is +2, a couple of pieces are +1

None of them have the transfer upgrades

set your soldier as leader (i hope your soldier has the highest level here, because their strategy target enemy with highest level/rank)
replace azamino with archer (if you have)
give your cleric weapon with dispel-heal effect
abuse CEO skill

Soldier is the highest level, I'll set her as leader. My primary archer is only L49 though, is that going to screw me?

Cleric already has dispel/heal but she acts last or almost last.


[edit] Is it generally better to have three back rows as opposed to three front rows?

well, it's up to your playstyle (mine is three frontliner actually)
but in 10-2, you gonna find bat who usually target your backline. with archer you can kill it faster
also because third battle have rogue, magician needed because their zero miss attack

Mine was

War 62 | ............... | Soldier 63
Mage 60 | Archer 40 | Cleric 65

I quite often changing My team and raising low Lv
Only Cleric (Ann) is never replace with others

Well , I failed once. the Banshee healer is the problem
Didn't know you can abuse CEO power at the time
So I use Alena "Put down the Healer" strats
Though she dies in 2'nd wave
And abuse Def buff 4 time , meaning 8 round
Also , get Yourself +2 Bardiche for Warrior

Fighter 60 | ..................... | Soldier 60
Rogue 60 | Archer 45 | Cleric 60

Yet again , Alena strats
Learning from 1'st account , Mage didn't really help at last wave
You must kill the fucking Banshee healer fast......
Rogue , get Shadow Snake Punch skills on weapon

Abuse CEO powaahhhhH!!!!
Prob I will get My 2'nd Judita in 2-3 days

Okay this has been bugging me for forever now. What exactly does the transfer button next to layoff button does? Send a employee of mine to other company? Why on earth would I even want to do that at all?

You already clear Part 1 and You still didn't know?

See Your employee UI
There's a black ball on it
If You ever got 1* Star unit
Use transfer , then use that very same unit
It will fill the ball into orange , You will get bonuses stat

1'st = +5 Atk/Pie/Matk (Depend on Class)
2'nd = +50 HP (Open at 30 Lv)
3'rd = +10 Atk/Pie/Matk (50 Lv)
4'th = +100 HP (70 Lv)

But I guess transfer is quite misleading
Should have been retire perhaps

You already clear Part 1 and You still didn't know?

Well on the sidebar UI it is Takeover, it is possible to use that button and never use the Transfer button.

You could also call Transfer - "Power-up", as it gives exp, and if transfered onto the same unit it gains extra stats. So call it whatever sounds closest

How do Fairy Envelopes work?

I used the Gold Mailbox I got yesterday, and tried to use all the envelopes I had accumulated.
Yet, in 5 envelopes, I never got anything higher than 2*s...

I got this Xmas recipe X but i don't have the resources to make it, anyone knows if the weapons are better that the normal recipe? Should i use a hammer to ensure better development?

How do Fairy Envelopes work?

I used the Gold Mailbox I got yesterday, and tried to use all the envelopes I had accumulated.
Yet, in 5 envelopes, I never got anything higher than 2*s...

gold mailbox buff only affect normal resume, and fairy envelope rate based from PR division

and yes, you can't combine gold mailbox effect with fairy envelope

And another question, what lvl is needed to chapter 4? (i'm trying to get the archer before the 23th)

~lvl30 maybe, get better weapon and armor if you had trouble
