Event too easy. Probably wont farm up Belindas just because I wanna farm up the dailies for some stuff.

However...did 1 yolo roll with some of the SC from the maps and...

as was said already, archers will be shadowed again later. not for a while. the next class to overshadow them will be the snipers. they have 400 range and don't require cc. plus their damages break the 1k.

Used the SC from belinda event, and rolled....

Got Mehlis! One of the waifus I wanted. i'm pleased.

I apologize, I glanced at the picture too fast and mixed up the XP value and Gold cost. :eek:

Cost loses a lot of value when we get so many breaks, overpowered teams can roll over maps with ease. Besides, as it has already been mentioned, Spica is a better alternative if you want a cheaper Archer. For the long term, Bashira's efficiency as a unit just keeps dropping as Pirates get buffed and more ranged alternatives appear, so I don't see her as a good investment.

Bashira is still a solid unit to deal with airborne treats and you want to have at least two good girls of each core class at hand to respond to various tactical situations anyway, so she is an excellent investment. After all, only archer better than her in burst is Nanaly, and lolthatsblack.
Besides, only pirates people can be expected to have are silvers (and that event plat, Verotte's reskin :p). Not exactly the heights of power, really.
And Rangers are still if, not when( And even then, said "when" could be anywhere from year to eternity. So yeah, better to live in today, as tomorrow can't be believed in.


But about duplicates of platinum units, I believe it is better to merge first copy unevolved for guaranteed CR, not bothering with SU's as they can be accomplished with rainbow fairies later. Subsequent copies could be sacrificed for RC, but guaranteed cost reduction is far too good to pass. Besides, for this week they give a lot of exp as a fodder, so better to take advantage of that!

I just got Belinda, and it was nice to dominate a event for once. lol And belinda is basically my first platinum witch.

I managed to improve my team somewhat but I still get crushed by giant purple things during the Base Scramble I, My gellius must be not high level enough cuz he basically got killed like silly at lvl 50.uncced.

Giant purple demon that casts fireball? That can't be tanked. At least not easily. You just need to heal through the fireball and kill it with range.

Ok, something seems fucked or luck is trying to stop me from quitting, 2 copies into Belinda got a skill up to 4 and 1 CR to mincost her, then I got 4 which all went into Yuyu. Somehow she got a skill up with every copy and hit 5/5 skill. I guess Mehlis skill is next to be raised but damn am I lucky now.

What are even the chances you can skill someone up with only 4 dupes, 100%, 50%, 25% then a whopping 5% chance for the last. I'm guessing less than 1% chance they'd all work.

If you want the % numbers on a 50% x 25% x 5% being successful in a chain, you're looking at a sweet, sweet .625% So, yep, slightly over half a %. To be fair, given as the game almost certainly has over 2,000 players, odds are it should happen to SOMEONE. So congrats =P

He's only 2200 phys. AW Bernice can tank him easily even without external buffs/debuffs and her skill.

I guess that means I can farm thursday and monday dailies.

Oh, I didn't miss the first revival event, hurray!

Oddly, I got enough SCs during the previous event, the King of Bandits, to do a summon and I know I shouldn't, but I did it anyways. I pulled Adelle, my first platinum Witch. And then we get the first Revival... with a platinum Witch.

Not sure if I should feel robbed or not. Oh well, I got two nice units out of it. Even finally pulled the golden Monk I wanted for so long, Gina.

Aigis is pulling me back in again.

This may just be me, but what's so special about Gina? She seems mediocre to me. I've CC'd and leveled her to 60 (was one of my first gold draws, got her from the crystal pieces gacha), but I never know even how and where to use her.

Also, do we know what is the exact percentual increase for the extra chance on golds and plats in the premium summons this event?
I made a huge mistake spending 55 on the previous highlight, fueled by a slim hope of rolling Deine. At the very least I got Flamel, who I also wanted.

You actually got the opposite of being robbed. Adele is one of the best witches to have because of her awakening passive which gives everyone an extra 10% hp.

Don't misunderstand the boost. Not gold and platinum units are boosted, female units are. The chance to get either silver or gold, platinum, black ist still the same as in the summon data. But when you do pull a gold or platinum unit, the chance for it being female is increased. Since the majority of units is female (and therefore their chance is higher already without the boost) and male units are not necessarily bad (Jerome, Gellius and Marius [for now] being arguably the best units of their class), this chance up is pretty much useless I'd say.
