keykii's strategy is good, with some modifications. Instead of a bandit, you should use Claudia. Her magic resistance will pull you through. You need a cost reduced healer, but you don't need a mincosted one. Mine was 16 cost and I probably could've gotten away with a 17 cost one too. I'd also suggest using something better than a silver Valkyrie as a frontline duelist. I used Thetis, but that's a premium unit. Also, use Spica instead of Soma and don't bother with the bronze ninja, he's absolutely worthless and a waste of your UP.
Using these modifications, I three starred this on my first try, so it's not that brutal.

I'll have to think about maybe on the weekend when I'll have free stamina again.
The main problem is really the early entrance cost (in relation to Key Key).
10 UC for Aria -> Saves 3 UC
16 UC for silver barbarian -> loses 3 UC
19 UC for Iris -> Saves 1 UC
17 UC for silver healer -> loses 2 UC
Final count -> 1 UC behind schedule -> accounting human reflexes 1,5-2s delay
Not forgetting that this requires to get Iris until her hp limit this is pretty much the reason she gets downed.
I'll try to get barbarian to 15-14 CR as I've got no spare healers atm.
Claudia atm is also out of question as 1st tanker. Only at lvl 58 I doubt she could handle the lich, and the 17 UC is also a killer.
As front-line duelist it should be either Elaine or Karrie, my only Valkyries, and then I would manage with some extra barbarian swapping to delay some waves.
I'd also have to check on Rikka, poor girl is still at lvl 52 so I don't know how could she tank.
An interesting idea from razisgou links would be the use of Odette for the extra MR but again the 35 UC would probably be a pushover.

Only now noticed that had 1 extra stamina before reset so I did an extra go after getting my silver barbarian to UC 14.
As expected the problem was that extra second in the beginning, as the UC 14 made it easy to get the silver healer in place.
Afterwards i did pretty much the same, Rikka + silver bandit + Saki to deal with the mage wave, and then used lvl 80 Karma to take down the last lich earlier. Afterwards just for the fun of it made lvl 68 Deine deal with all the archers on another early point just to ensure that silver valk wouldn't die (so much fun watch all the arrows bounce off).
Now I'll try to farm a couple Rita and a few silver rogues if luck will.

I run a similar, more compact setup with no Archers and only one Healer so you can probably drop Alissa, Bashira and Spica while moving Iris to the spot where you currently have Alissa.

I'm afk by the 25 enemys dead mark, only Marr healing, tempted to try removing her, she doesn't heal Clissa who tanks Rita or my top right dps without skill so they don't get healed.
Edit: Another dps doesn't make no healer work afk. Poor Aria and Prince didn't agree with the ogres and then a shadow slipped through the gap. Dunno whats up with that life counter, 2 clearly died.
Guess I'll go back to 1 healer.

What level is your Katie? Mine is 52, I pretty much run the same thing but I leave her on the field the entire time

So far i've run the 55/7 map 16 times, i got Rita 6 times, for the first 6 runs i thought she was non existent. Then i go and combine and... with 5 copies only got 2 Skill Lvl and 2 CR (¬.¬).
I know there is still time but i already used 3 SC cause by experience i can only run that kind of map 21 times with natural regeneration stamina.
When i finally get her min cost, the first order is to unleash the Prince on her F*** her in every way that he can (two scenes doesn't quite cut it in this case) and then throw her in the most vicious map i can find (IB) alone so that the monsters destroy the living s*** out of her, just for the kicks

So anyway, I could've awakened a useful unit, like Jerome, Adele, Monica, or even Cuterie.
