Well I'm running out of time so I'll ask for advice - any ideas if I can somehow at least 1 star Ryujin King with this team?
Affection: 75% Iris, 50% Alissa, 20% Calliope, 30% Bashira. This is probably my best set, but I also have lvl 17 Roy, 2x lvl 20 Cecily and lvl 20 Calliope (weaker than the lvl 11 one cos of no affection). Yeah all those are from the premium gatcha, as well as every other lvl 20+ silver
I could try to lvl up Alissa a bit more and CC her at like 36-38, 3 crystals are worth it I guess, and it's my alt account so who cares, but I doubt it would help tbh.
Obviously I can clean everything till the Dragon Mages come, then I kinda got raped and can't find a way to only leak 2 units. 3-starred everything prior to Ryujin quite easily even before I CCed Iris, but it looks like this one seems to be too tough for my noob account

You're going to need a 2nd CC'd healer without a doubt and you may want to run with 4 healers with that low of level units

Always good to have something to check when it's going on. Try to get your roy to lvl 18, same with lower lvl valerie, to get it to similar atk. Try to clear everything before mages come with minimal units used. When mages come, let them pass. After that focus on killing dragon warriors after them. I think you will have to use Leanne to block upper one together with that tough guy, focusing as much healing power on her as possible. Hoping that lower one guy will go down with your distance power. Hope Leanne with enough healers will be able to hold off those two. My CC'ed Bernice was able to hold them both and dragon mage too so i think it should be possible with Leanne. If your firepower won't be enough to get down third one, you can always try to slow down that guy with some melee units too. If the tanker dies... replace it. And do it until dragons are dead. Sorry for not being more helpful.
Edit: I think 1 CC'ed healer can be enough. Well Fedora is very low lvl so should be easy to get her some more lvl ups, will be helpful and 4 healers... yes they can be needed. I think everything depends if Leanne can be healed back to max hp when facing off two dragons at the same time.
And about thursday daily... 24 stamina used:
H map results: 3,2,3= 24 crystals
N map results: 5,3,5,1=24 crystals
N map results: 5,1,5,5=30 crystals
Similar with crystals, however if drop rates for both are 55%... well there is slight difference in drops. Still it's not enough runs to say anything definitely Maybe someone was watching that too so it can be compared. Probably I'll be able to do one more run tomorrow (not sure if i'll get enough stamina for H map though )

So basically u're telling me to withdraw all the units and let the Mages go through freely, then start a new setup, right? Yeah, I also thought about something like that, but sadly I don't seem to be able to save enough units for that late, at least not with the tactics I was using. I've seen that video too and tried the initial setup, lvl 17 Roy deals enough damage, the problem is I'd need a second one cos the +2 cost on Valerie makes me leak 1 goblin, which means I can't let both of the Dragon Mages pass I have more healers, including lvl 20 Dorca from the gatcha, but I have to use at least 2 when the red dragons come cos they would kill my mages otherwise (or anything else that I would decide to sacrifice). Maybe I'll try to get another Roy after all, tried to cost reduce this one instead (-1 should be enough) but failed 6x in a row... Anw, thanks for ur advice, I'll keep trying, it's much funnier than wrecking everything up with 15 CCed units on my main account.

You can always try to kill at least one mage. That's how I was able to 1 star it for the first time, just have no idea if it's possible.

About Roy, try to get another one. Well i dont know which maps you can do atm but its less risky than trying to CR i think. As for running goblins, either put soldiers for help/witches to slowdown and help with dragons or third option - archers. Are your units able to survive if it's one mage at a time? With levels in that range I would try and stall one mage by dropping and withdrawing right before death in an effort to let one dragon walk to the far end and fight a separate battle. Basically, I'd have my healer on the bottom in range for one dragon attack, but out of range of splash. I'd then let it attack the healer once which should allow both dragons to split a decent bit. I'd then drop a unit on the bottom dragon that, ideally, could survive 1 hit from both dragons. Then right before they fire a second time I'd withdraw and keep repeating that until they're separated and you can face each mage alone with whatever set up would work for you. That's how I did it though I didn't need the drop/withdraw part of it.
It was a joke on my account so I don't actually know how hard they'd hit lower level units, but I do think the theory is sound.

Can't even pass Return to Ruins here yet, but I have some cash so I'll try to get Roy from 2k gatcha And when I said I leak a goblin I actually meant the very first wave, just can't deploy both of the mages fast enough cos of the +2 cost, so a soldier won't help, especially since I don't wanna lose a unit slot for him Anyway, I'm going to sleep soon too actually, but I'll try a few times more at morning, don't think I'll do it but who knows.
Well yeah that would work if I had like 10 more team slots to include all those duelists Also yeah I can kill one Mage, but it takes me ages since the duelist blocking it is the only source of damage - I can't place a non-CCd witch close enough to help him since she would die from the splash. That's why I was able to 3-star Dragonewt and Grand Invasion 3 (both took like 20 mins ), but can't even 1-star Ryujin King. I really won't even try to kill one, the only way to complete it seems to be letting them pass and trying to deal with the last 3 mobs.

The maps difficulty really does seem based on having CC'ed units or not. If you have them, it's fairly simple to clear. If not, then it can be quite the struggle. It was very interesting to seeing the change in difficulty from one of my accounts to the other.
My ratings for the event:
*****Time: About right, even though I finished it quickly (as did others) a number of people still needed the two weeks to finish, so I can't really complain as it gave everyone a fair shot at trying to get Dorania. Considering an upcoming event is based on getting the Dorania, I'd say despite my grumbles for the event being too long, it was definitely for the best.
*****Challenge: Fair, to moderately difficult. Depending on unit/prince level this series ran the gauntlet from ridiculous simple (my main account) to impossible to beat all of them with 3 stars (my free account) with out significantly more levels for units, especially in the regards to getting at least a CC'ed healer and/or ranged damage unit. This of course views that you only have enough time to pick and choose very few units in regards to leveling with in the time limit.
*****Drop Rate: OUT-FUCKING-STANDING Gump, you're gonna be a General someday. No gimmicks, no bull, no luck required. Depending on your team composition and level of units you will either complete the map or you wont in regards to getting Aria maxed out and Dorania both. Even if you can't get Dorania, you can still easily walk away with Aria, and even get her with some bonuses beyond that of just the base unit. It simply don't get no better than this. Compared to our first event, this type of event is simply leagues better.

Yea, I don't rate the random drops simply because its known up front how poor the rates are. It is however, still your best chance to get a specific silver if you need one. Even premium - 2k gatcha still has worse odds on getting a specific silver. For the guaranteed type of unit, the events are still going to be a better bet than gambling, they just aren't forth coming as many of us would like.
To some extent it is understandable they don't want people being able to get all the silvers so easily, as it cuts into Crystal purchases for trying to obtain them through "normal" means outside of 2k. If everyone got at least 1 silver from each map, that would be bad on the profit level. Considering we can basically get two units for free already, I think it is fair when you get down to it.

Eg. With the Mehlis/Garania promotion I would have expected one of the maps to drop Valerie.
Obviously these maps have predetermined drops, so I guess what they could have done was choose different units to spotlight?
A simple switch with the previous Deine/Llana spotlight would have made more sense, since you can actually farm the silvers you need during the event.

Just a note, you may want to keep your rogues for later challenge maps. When you do get Betty, least she'll be easier to level and CC too.
You are Garret overload. Not sure why, but prior to current premium change, he was the most common gold i saw too.
While Betty is the better rogue, she is worth having at least one around for building affection. There's always gonna be new units coming, so helping one of the games many grinds is a good thing.
Just a note, you may want to keep your rogues for later challenge maps. When you do get Betty, least she'll be easier to level and CC too.

Well I did another set of event runs on the free account, and cleared Dragonewt. So cleared 7 of the 8. Not too shabby given the low levels of my team. Gets me Aria with -1cr, so pretty happy about that. Poor Phylis, she will only be CC/AW foder from now on.

A friendly reminder for ppl on thursday daily...
The event will be ended in 3.5 hr, this of coz also mean there will be maintenance so we will be losing 2 hr time on thursday daily than usual.
If you still havent got 24 star in event its recomended to try clearing it even you have to use crystal for goddess blessing or can wait maybe 1/2yr to 1yr until they put back the revival event for anya.
As for Cuterie i'm trying to get her 100% affection / CC / lvl 60 so i can just awaken her later on....

well i'm basicaly geting ready to get all farming unit Awakenable at anytime although i got 0 idea how to get the fairy 1... platinum is ahrd to get specialy from gacha only, gold can start pray from gold rush
A friendly reminder for ppl on thursday daily...
The event will be ended in 3.5 hr, this of coz also mean there will be maintenance so we will be losing 2 hr time on thursday daily than usual.
If you still havent got 24 star in event its recomended to try clearing it even you have to use crystal for goddess blessing or can wait maybe 1/2yr to 1yr until they put back the revival event for anya.
As for Cuterie i'm trying to get her 100% affection / CC / lvl 60 so i can just awaken her later on....
