Aaauuuggh why does Soma's map need to be paired with fucking Valerie, I already have like 6 copies of him! Pair her with Calliope, they totally go out to karaoke together! Now every time I see that stupid blonde mop, all I can think is, "That could've been another silver witch."

To be Honest. Valerie and Soma are the most required characters in the game.

Mages are used for
Samurais.
Mages
Healers
i think witches too? i dont remember well....

Also.
my Maribell is already at usable levels.
-2 Cost
skill lvl 3
im happy and this is the first day!
i hope i get her to -3 and lvl 4 by tomorrow!

you would think samurais would use soldiers, bandits, rogues. since those are the closest things to duelist, but archers?

Finally got my first Platinum from the almighty Roulette! It's... It's...

A healer who looks almost exactly like Iris?

Well except a bit more top heavy. I guess that's how you upgrade your rarity rank in this game =P

Speaking of acquiring Platinums, I've been looking at the new Demon Crystal units and I've been trying to figure out which one I want to snag first, I've been considering Spica because I don't have any non-Silver archers, but maybe I'd be better off grabbing something I don't have any of at all? I dunno, would Akane or Saki be a better choice? I mean, I suppose I have a lot of time to figure that out since they just freshly rotated in, but figured I'd ask.

anyways.

they use mages because of the spash efect that samurais have.
they are great anti rush units. (untill my dear makoto comes!)

anyways
if you have any plat archer get akane first as she is a good unit.
if you dont get Spicca asap.
then Saki.
even if you want Saki get her last. she sucks....

Maribel is being a good girl and has already gotten herself to -3 cost :D! im really happy about this

derp, i DID say archers... my bad, i swear i red archers and i dont know how i ended up getting that mixed.

zzzz what luck you have. My Maribel is up to level 31 with nothing but single Maribel's being combined into her and is still at -2 Cost 3/5 Skill. Maybe I should try combining 4 at once.

Alright, things are going well so far. I've been grinding on Mysterious Enemy, the Charisma 20 map, since it seems to give me the most units with the most frequency as I slowly grind up to take on Citadel Battle. My Prince is now level 20, so I got another 5sc gacha, but pulled Archer Soma. =(

Most of my units are now above level 10, so hopefully that'll be enough to get me through Citadel Battle.

WOO was able to complete the 4th map (barely) and get Maribel. Does it matter which map I choose to do to get more of her to lower her cost, or should I just do the only one I can reliably do?

Do the latest map you can reliably clear. Last map is best drop rate wise.

You can keep trying in the lower maps... but the drop rates are pretty horrible. (for me anyways)

well, after 3 combines and 2 rainbows i have 5/5 skill but -1 cr seriously aigis, what's wrong with you?

Actually cleared the 4th map with 2 star, one ended up slipping by at the start but otherwise fairly easy. Actually shocked I got her on the first map as a drop before the 4th map. xD
