One starred the God map. I think I could probably do a 3 star, but honestly it's probably not worth the Charisma and Stamina that I could be spending getting spirits and experience.

Finally three starred Another Encounter, suing Leonhardt's strategy with some modifications. Namely:
1. Aria to B
2. Iris to L
3. Prince to F
4. Spica to N
5. Cloris to M
7. Shiho to R
8. Echidna to Q
9. Alissa to S once Shiho is at half health.
9a Remove Alissa before she would get knocked out, or if she survives, then as soon as the first swimmer is dead
10. Retreat Aria and place Anya at B
11. Fedora to S once the second swimmer takes Shiho's health under the halfway point
11a Remove Fedora is she is too damaged or when the second swimmer is dead
12. Dorca to S once the last swimmer takes Shiho's health under the halfway point
13. Remove Dorca once she is too damaged to take another hit
14. Karma to H or G immediately after 13., since there should be still a last walking fish and if both the walking and the swimming ones focus on Shiho, she goes down VERY fast.
15. Victory.
It took a few tries, since this was very heavy on microing the healers and I 2 starred a few times by not removing one of them in time. Still, it's done. I'm kinda dreading the following missions though, seeing the feedback here.

Congratulations, a couple of mods I tried this morning didn't quite work, missed the timing since they were leaning quite heavily towards micromanagement. My strategy for the next map probably wouldn't be too helpful since it used Bashira to gun down the swimmers. Although, perhaps a double archer setup would work, but it would be risky and one, if not both of them, would need to be rotated out.
However, my strategy for Pride of the Pirates X should be doable for you since it's just a ramped up version of Nasu's as well as the tactic I used for Pirate Life G, although without Chydis, it may depend a little more on luck with Minerva's skill and/or the addition of Saki for a few extra assassinations to reduce the Gillman Sahuagin numbers in order to keep the damage more manageable. I don't quite have enough time right now, so I'll post those after my next classes, should be in about three hours, if they're wanted.

I killed all the required mobs to get the fairies, so I got my rainbow fairy already. Only missing out on the SC. I let 2 of the merfolk slip through, my rogue tank got killed by the big ranged demons (not enough dodge procs), and my healer couldn't keep up with healing my prince tanking a merfolk and was one of the two to escape.
I have 4 rainbow fairies sitting around waiting for something worth it to use on.
Run it during the weekend, a Rainbow Fairy is extremely valuable, unless you ooze SCs, then nothing matters.

This event isn't that hard, but I'm kinda behind schedule since it seems I went full retard...
Another Encounter -> 3* on 2nd run
Completely unaware of buff of those swim monsters so my top lane got killed.
Only happened because I forgot to set the archer to deal with them...
Pirate Counterattack X -> 3* on 3rd run
1st run took the wrong team, got 1*
2nd run misplaced a few units, leaked 1 monster
Pride of the Pirates X -> 3* on 4th run
1st run forgot about the devils and got top killed and leaked a few monsters.
2nd run didn't notice Prince wasn't killing the last goblin on time and leaked one of the big fish guys
3rd run forgot to set the healer and got HA killed
Half the mistakes I blame on work. It shouldn't have distracted me from my game...
I'll have a got at god map and if it doesn't go well I'll probably give it another go on Friday.

If you're not sure whether you can 3-star it, probably not worth wasting more time on it for now, wait a bit and maybe some new videos will give you a better idea and if, at that time, you feel like you can do it in one try, 100 Charisma and 2 Stamina for a Sacred Crystal's a good trade.
4 Rainbow Fairies is nothing, I burnt 11 up the other night to get a 5/5 on a unit I have on DMM, granted, I got pretty unlucky, but luck won't always be on your side.
