waiting anxiously for franc to make these desert maps almost easy cause these maps hurt far worse without sue or franc

It probably was mentioned somewhere but gonna ask anyway, it's just one little question after all.

Does unit ability like 2% increase of attack or x% of more hp works if that unit is deployed or it just need to be in the sortie?

Sortie is enough. And the bonus is not removed when the unit is deployed and dies or is withdrawn

About desert maps... Base scramble map surprised me. Good thing I checked it with Nanaly, otherwise would have lost. Not difficult but just can't underestimate it.

Okay, Nutaku really needs to start standing their ground here. If these units are clear like they say, there's no reason we shouldn't be getting them, especially in this update.

I can't believe this is still a problem. May as well rename their company to Doormataku.

Also, this thing about no plans to update art for some AW units in the banner... doesn't really inspire confidence. I feel like that's targeting some of the controversial units in advance to say that they won't get even more controversial art.

and changed Phylis, Spica, Elaine,Lynn and Fedoras art.

Hurray for most of those, RIP Spica.

Just for info, every ability gained upon AW works this way. Abilities that work otherwise specifically mention the parameters. Abilities that only work when fielded are extremely rare.

Every unit is designed to have an art change after AW. There is no reason why they would withhold this. A very small selection of units never got AW art even to this day on DMM. I imagine that only those same units will be left without, but we'll still get all the others.

Spica is love.

Eh, that's a bit too pessimistic, from what we've seen so far I think it's just the translations that are utterly trash.

An Awakening can change the portrait of some units.
Some units don't have updated AW pictures, Nanally didn't have one for a very long time so obviously units like those won't get a new portrait. I'm not actually sure if there are any like that left though.
All units are scheduled to have their dot art replaced, however portrait changes are only planned for some units.
I'm going to assume "dot art" means sprite, same thing as above, some units didn't have updated ones until quite some time later. About the portraits, I think it was referring to what we've seen with Fedora and the others, there's a few more we should expect seeing and that's probably all that it entails.

Only missing units are ones that were already missing. Desert maps were "incomplete" when they first came to DMM too.

I know there is no excuse, we should have more, bad treatment, etc... but honestly all of this isn't that bad.

Hashim's experience isn't some game-breaking bug and DMM has occasional bugs too.

Considering we've recieved SC for every bug that I've seen and reported myself, I'd say we have a good chance of getting atleast 1SC. Funnily enough the bugs I've seen that I haven't reported have been fixed and we've gotten no SC for it.
No SC for the bug with exp being too close to the bar, SC for a wrong ability description for Marr, No SC for event typos and SC for abilitys not working correctly.
Submitting tickets for missing units and no desert maps part 2 won't get us any SC though but can help.

This is the event, don't forget! 1 month late and it's a buggy piece of crap. Nobody has reported it here but make sure you have the right level of stamp card for the month. Many people on facebook are reporting their legendary card is now a normal card.

So basically we got all the desert maps that update originally launched with? That's fine then.

People are going too far with critique of this update, IMHO.
I've predicted lack of last few desert maps yesterday, because there's no reason for them to add them in different batches than it was done on JP side. Both second oasis and 2 pyramids are really friggin hard, players need some time to AW and re-raise their units anyway.
Bugs happen all the time on JP side too. As long as they are fixed prominently, I see no reason to make fuss out of it. When they messed up Marr skill/ability, they fixed it quite fast and handed out compensation.

Only 2 real problems are (1) lack of Kagerou and lack of any reasoning behind it whatsoever; (2) lack of TP update. They could at least say something about future plans for these, so players wouldn't be left hoping to see something done every maintenance to only be further disappointed.

agreed i really havent noticed bugs i stopped at the 36 stam map to raise the vh girl and havent gone into orb maps but i doubt theres any major bugs that ive missed that require this amount of hate for releasing much needed aw content
