If the alternative to answering to the JP devs (and thus playing the "it ain't me" game) is not having the game at all, well........

4 runs of the X daily, not a single platinum armor drop. So much for getting some of those to unload some of these fairies.

Of course first run this morning on DMM nets me a platinum armor.

Would like to point out real quick there's probably close to nothing Nutaku is capable of doing at the moment.

Either A) The Japanese developers are dragging their heels, probably doing little to nothing during this transitional period (including not sending the source code to Nutaku and/or working out final details). Would explain the lack of events.

or B) Nutaku somehow has the code but is playing catch-up to figure out where to start and what to do next.

My money is on A. Complaining to Nutaku might result in them putting more pressure on the Japanese devs, but I'm betting it's them we are waiting on much more than Nutaku.

Even if nutaku can't do anything at the moment the least they can do is to inform us ( the players) constantly.. and by that i mean tell us what the hell is going on instead of leaving us to make guesses.
The few informations we recive are bullshit like " the darkest before the dawn" instead of saying " we are negotiating or "we are waiting for the code" or "we are washing our balls with money-soap and dont care".
They got twitter they got a (barely used) blog , a facebook page a foru...umm no, no forums oddly enough ....and i'm pretty sure they read this forum. So it's not like they don't have ways to comunicate, it's just that they don't want/care and at this point the blame for this shit service is all on them.
Remember, they are not saving puppies or doing charity , they are operating a business .

If you are negotiating a deal with a business partner, you do not shit talk your partner to your customers, whether or not they deserve it. They are your business partner. You owe them respect.

Yes they can communicate with us, no they are not obligated to. I don't care if you spent $0 on their game or $200; unless there is something specifically wrong with your purchase they do not owe you anything. Everyone seems to think they deserve the inside scoop on development and business decisions with the advent of Kickstarter. You don't. It's a privilege, not a right.

The lack of communication that has always been the most troublesome is that between the Japanese devs and Nutaku and us. They (Nutaku) seem to know little more than we know about the game updates. They can and have lobbied for us, but that's about as much as they can do. That is ALL that they can do legally until they obtain developer control.

I've seen the way Nutaku runs the games that they have control of. I think their communication is more than adequate. They're not a perfect business, there are many things they could improve on (Compensation for stamina bugs in FKG comes to mind; but overall I am enjoying FKG) but they are providing what I feel is an excellent service at a more than reasonable price ($0). If you disagree you don't have to support them. But right now the holdup does not seem to be Nutaku, even though they are the easiest face to blame (and the only one that might actually respond to us).

It certainly isn't owed but when your product isn't up to snuff and your customers are constantly complaining due to it, it certainly doesn't help your business image to leave it that way.

Nutaku doesn't own it, but they certainly have the ability to talk to the ones who do. Does Nutaku need to throw some money at the devs to get constant events? Do they all need to hop on a call to figure out what it will take to get there? From everything Nutaku has always told us they don't have any standard partnership with the Aigis devs and they have absolutely no communication, thats a huge problem. What publisher doesn't have insight into their developers timelines? Thats no partnership and quite honestly its ass backwards from how nearly every other game works where the publisher has the control.

There hasn't been any transparency as to what's causing the delayed events this time. Last time we knew it was due to a bug, it just took the devs 6 weeks to implement. What is the excuse this time? That's what people want. Assurance that the game has a path to improvement. Not even 2 months ago we had hope, well now it seems we've gone full reversal to hopeless.

I have a theory about this whole "code delivery" thing, which is based only on my own experience in the business.

But if the theory does apply to MWA's situation...
Well, let me just say there's a huge gap that can't and won't be filled by just waiting.

Whatever the case it may be, Nutaku does not deserve to be shielded by inability to do anything.
They are the ones who chose to be this ineffective to their own business. There's no sympathy for this teethless, clawless, and neutered cat.

^ this is why I'm not on 'blame aigis dev aka dmm side' wagon. also, nutaku says units are greenlit. so where are the units? if it's dmm side's fault again, then why that stupid aisha banner issue? if they're being threatened by 'loli', then it's not an issue solved at all, is it?

If u are happy with aigis like this ...well good for u , for me if things don't change in a month or 2.. i'm out from all this nutaku thing, DMM can handle devs way better , have more games and once u know the buttons u really don't need to know japanese, having games in english is good and all but if i have to choose from half assed contents or the japanese...i choose to play a game with good contents on it. and that's how business works in the real world ... u don't have to care... but u better do.

In fairness, I'm pretty certain Osawari does the same thing. Last I checked, anyway. Lolis get added to the pool, banners are scarce if nonexistent with them.

At any rate, this goes beyond the loli issue. This is Dev Tea repeatedly passing off gacha rotations and shit like 2x drop rate as "new content" to fuck with us.

Double drop rate isn't working for sniper orb. Wanted to try and get 3 of them as well :mad:

EDIT: 3 more runs and 2 sniper orbs, getting somewhere now.
And another run to get final orb. All hail the magical power of forum complaining.

That kind of transparency would be nice, but if they have that kind of problem with their "partner" they have bigger problems to take care of, like sorting that out. Under no circumstance should you be completely unable to communicate with a business partner.

I do have an aw sherry, aw cloris/yuyu/bernice/fed/jerome. Really need that double plat armor drop so short on them and so many spirits.

Hilarious. Nutaku banned me after voicing my displeasure and commenting on Aigis posts on their Facebook page. They also removed a chain of topics talking about DMM Aigis. They're also suggesting users take breaks until the events continue. What a joke.

Great customer inferaction you got there Nutaku, silence upset customers. Brilliant move.
