Btw. on rereading my post I realised it sounded a bit harsh. Apologies for that.
Another issue to keep in mind is that Nutaku is owned by Mindgeek and most likely works through their existing system of billing providers.
A smaller company like JAST probably can slip things through while it sounds like Nutaku has to go through Mindgeek's legal team so as not to cause issues with its parent company.
Even then remember that JAST had to censor Starless (removed scat and bestiality) so its not like its only Nutaku that does it. And JAST is based in the US so I'm not sure how the suggestion to move to the US would help.

Sure, a simple solution to a complex problem.

If Nutaku was a small independent company, sure, that should by all means be an option. They aren't. They're a subsidiary of Mindgeek.
Corporations also are subject to the laws of where its HQ is. If they don't follow those laws, they are liable for legal action which could include lawsuits which cost money. Most companies tend to obey laws because it's good for business on multiple fronts.
But hey, let's not bother thinking about that difficult stuff and just assume Nutaku is incompetent or deliberately misleading us. It's much easier to be angry at people if we assume they are liars or idiots. Surely that's the reason they are only giving us 90-95% of what we want instead of 100%.

thing is I only have two archers that can awaken Stray and Nanaly(currently lvl 73) and only have the fodder to awaken a archer atm otherwise I'd awaken a healer like Camillia(cc lvl 57) and Fedora(ready to aw) but all I keep getting the free/coin unit is Conrad(I got 5 of him now)
honestly what I could use are more witches I only have 3 of them two Calliope(only one of whom is cc) and Cloris(who's ready to awaken)
By the by only AW unit I have is Lilia

Still. AWing Stray right now would be "wasted" resources. Your Nanaly should have about 520 right now. Even max level AW Stray (AW 80) has only 447. Don't "waste" 200k Gold, 6 silver units, 100 DCs and one archer orb, just because you can't awaken anyone else right now. You'll gain almost nothing out of it.
You probably shouldn't rush too much. Most stages of events (except G maps and star traisl probably) can be cleared by a solid team of max CCed units. If you're lacking the fodder units for the units, you really want to awaken and who are worth it, just wait for an event that drops them. In the meantime simply level all your core units and maybe some reserve units to max level

Maan, I need Archer orbs so bad. Finally have everything I need to get Bashira AW'd, so I'll have both of my good snipers AW (Yay Spica), meaning I'll be able to deal with the more super obnoxious flying leaning special maps reasonably... Maybe even get more Demon Crystals more easily. Who knows. Also considering AW'ing Maribel so I have two AW'd heavies. Granted I'd really prefer to AW Saki, but. Uhm. Witches. Got everything but a 2nd witch to fulfill the reqs there... And thennn... I dunno, maybe focus on my 2 un AW'd priestess...
Honestly, it's getting a bit hard to figure out things that'd be useful to AW for me, since like... Well, a bunch of the stuff I use regularly that I might AW for stats just... Have really... Ehhhh AW abilities... Like, I use Cyrus every single time I need a 2nd mage, but honestly, I almost feel like his AW makes him less useful? Or maybe just harder to use? I mean, I'd AW Odette way before him, but... Oh boy, 30 MR, truly we walk among the champions of the realm =P
I'll admit, part of it is probably because I tend to AW either because an ability sounds fun/cool, or because it directly plays into a strategy I need to complete... Like AW'ing Yuyu because that 1 cost difference actually was enough to give me a decent set up to clear the bloody War of Magic map...
Though clearly, at this point, I have more Demon Crystals and gold than sense >_> Now all I need is our sweet demon goddess to finally give me a Shrine produced black to call my own and then I can waste all my time working on that nonsense.

Did my first roll in 2 months due to the boosted aisha summon rate.
Got a black on the first roll and ofcourse its not Aisha..
