What gives?

Artillery of the Swamp.

Whole bunch of black cannoner knights came together and fired all together and just straight up killed everything due to combined damage in a single burst. I was gonna get an easy 3* clear otherwise. They fired together and killed more than six units of mine on field in one shot.

Only Gellius survived more that kind of bullshit because he was at back of formation.

3 stared everything only thing left is to get those demon crystals on the hell map.NONE OF THEM DROPPED MY FIRST RUN!!!I hate my luck.

After that though its witch farmin.

Really? I thought it was guaranteed the first time, as it has been the last events, because I got all three drops on the first time

Place a unit at the slot closest to their spawn (bottom lane, right side) and you should be fine. I had my Imelia on that spot on my blind run and it went without any problems

That's only for the fairy G map. The last Star Trial that had 2 G maps, Shuka, had the same drops (DC and Plat Armor on completion) and it wasn't a 100% drop the first time for the DCs.

Yeah I luckily got 2/3 the last time we have a DC map,but this time nothing that first run.

key kii vids make the event easy the only thing i had trouble with was the hell battle but the wiki had a nice and easy

These maps were pretty fun. Used key kii's vids for ideas for the final battle in hell and the map before it and then upgraded their strat with other units (like karma :p). I had to do final battle in hell 3 times to get 3 stars because i forgot about the black knights ability twice and let the mage demon kill my lightning rod, and then the third attempt i almost freaked out since i saw karma's skill go down in the middle of the boss's attack animation but i managed to retreat her on probably the last frame before the attack registered. Fun stuff. Ill try the last map later this week. Also, Garania is total lols on some of these maps.

Thank Aigis I wasn't the only one. :V idk why I forgot to do it twice in a row, but I'm glad I did it on the Alt account at least...

So I've said it before, and I'll say it again. The combo of Mikoto, Aisha, and Garania make most of these laughably easy, just because of the sheer AoE dps you output.
I typically do blind runs, then go watch VP Games videos if I fuck up. This time around my team just roflstomped all up to end of dark knights, thanks in most part to those 3 plus Sybilla as a duelist XD.

To a question like a page ago about why Bashira and not Rita? Well... Bashira has been at 70 for ages and I use her all the time, and Rita is at like... 20... And I've used her... Never... And with my prodigious rate of slightly over 1/2 a tin can a week (when not doing an event instead)... Well, er, I don't think she's going to be AW'able. For a long time. >_>

Also: Throw me into the "Almost 3* Map 4 until not having a good gauge for how strong the black armor artie was" box. Also think I managed to 2* one of the early ones once or twice because of forgetting to withdraw a unit once or something...

Also, have we seen the Prince ever say so much in one cutscene before? I've been under the impression for ages that he's a psuedo "heroic mute" type, and yet here he is... Well he got really chatty there for a bit.

Also also: I do rather like this event overall, while I can't quite as easily just power my way through unexpected stuff (I just don't have some of the fancier toys other people do), it's definitely something I can figure out over a run or two, and since it's star collection... I actually have time to do that, for once. And no actual losses so far, so that's a good one.

The prince I think talks in 3 different events 1 here,and another when we go to the past,and the other one I forgot.

Also young prince did not say any lines during that event.So its confirmed that he just doesn't talk much unless its necessary.

I think the first time he ever spoke was in Horace's event, saying something about going to rescue the Desert Kingdom transitioning to the Desert Arc maps. Though, we never got the DA maps until way, way afterward. But, yeah this is like the first time he ever spoke so much. :V

Map 6: Well, this isn't too ba--*random cannoneer at the end out of nowhere* OH COME ON

I managed to react in time, but that was a dick move.

Bottom path got pretty hectic too, but Prince/Lilia/Bernice held out.

First G map: AW Nanaly + AW Sybilla = one very dead greater demon. The mage bastard was a little trickier, but Elizabeth/Karma/Danchou aura took care of it.

And since I brought AW Monica, I got all three drops on the first try.

Just the other G map left, then. Out of charisma though.

Sure wish my AW'd Monica had her luck. :V I only got 1 drop on both the Main and the Alt even with her help, both were even different. Main got the x3 drop and the Alt got the x2.

Sweet merciful Jesus, I finally got a silver Archer after all these months! To think that I used to laugh at the "Soma-chan" copy-pasta as well!
Now I can maybe start working on my backlog of un-CCed units.

The mission I got her from gave me a fair bit of trouble, winning and finally getting her again made it all the sweeter.

Had a lot of fun with this event. Good story for once... pretty fun map gimmicks without being too cheap... and I got to use a lot of units that have been doing nothing but sitting in my barracks for months. It felt like there was a lot of flexibility for strategies on this one.

Bleh, took me 3 tries to 3 star map 5. Would've been 2 but I screwed up my play order like... 3 plays in on the 2nd go and put something in range of cannons, but out of range of my healers, so I had to withdraw and... Yeeeah, still won, but that put the kibosh on 3 starring it right there. Soon it'll be time to have an advennnnture with Map 6. Yeeeah, and adveeennnture.

And then it'll probably be time for me to start looking at how other people cleared maps before trying to run them blind. Sad day =P

Pretty fun event. :D

My AW Monica only pulled a single Demon Crystal out of that map so I leveled Rachel as a punishment. See how you like that not being my only pirate anymore. :p
