(Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

My personal opinion is that the Dev's enjoy the sense of superiority they get from having the DMM version of the game being superior to the Nutaku version. This opinion is reinforced by the GIF they decided to taunt us with in their 'lolnope' post.

As I told them in a help ticket, I hope that whoever decided to post that enjoyed themselves, as they are paying hundreds of dollars per month for that enjoyment in lost revenue.

It's an unfortunately common viewpoint among many eastern developers that westerners aren't good enough to be viewed as much more than extra money for development on the real version of the game. It's been clear from the start that the JP Aigis devs are part of that group.

That being said, the Aigis devs didn't have anything to do with the blog post. IIRC from the stream a couple weeks ago when asked about the negotiations the Aigis guys said that it was a really shitty situation and the person that made the blog post sounded horrified that people assumed the gif was making fun of the Aigis community. So yeah, it's pretty unprofessional but people are reading way more into it than they should.

Though, with the way the devs have made it clear they aren't going to step anything up after taking the deal off the table, I wouldn't give them money anyway.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Is Nutaku properly explaining to the devs that we do NOT like the massive number of breaks we are getting? Maybe that fact was lost in translation... or the devs really just don't want our money.

Nutaku has communicated to us multiple times that they can't even do that well, communicate to the Japanese devs. I find this.... very hard to believe because that's not how any other publisher/developer relationship works, but that's another story.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Semi unrelated, but does anyone here play Dragon Providence? How's the situation over there, since supposedly, like Aigis, it's maintained by the original devs.

Borrowing someone quote
Was it Nirhael? Or other people instead? I forgot~

Nutaku Aigis is just a training ground for gaijins to migrate to DMM Aigis side

Eh well... whatever~

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Just mincosted Belinda on my 2nd to last run, talk about cutting it close.

My Belinda is CCed and lvl 58 with 4/5 skill and 1 away from being mincost by just using the Belinda's which have been dropping. My luck is not being nice for these last moments of maxing her. She will still be useful as one of my main 2 witches with her wincest mum. In the meantime, I've gotten more black fairies than Somas :(. Im really short on archers!

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Mine on final is CC 38, also only pure belindas with some fairies here and there.

Strangely enough mine only got 4/5 skill as well.. I was honestly expecting to get the 5/5 easily.

Mocking gif was posted by one of Nutaku PR managers, not dev tea, as dev tea doesn't even have access to nutaku blogs.

Hot girls, shittier platform and everything is so damn tiny. And only can be played on chrome. Its just such a mess ><

Now that I look back at it, did they change the wording, or am I just remembering it incorrectly?

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

if they just showed some care for our version im sure they would get more money by doing what there doing it hurts them more then us

I meant more like content updates and stuff. The Chrome thing isn't too suprising since there was a saying Chrome was the only officially supported browser.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Meh, Nuts are impotent, JP devs don't care, so we won't care as well. They clearly don't want our money, with service like that, so we shouldn't give them anything then.

On the other topic, -3 / +3 Belinda with only 5 drops I've seen from the event. Of what 1 was guaranteed, and 1 was from the only run on map 3.) At least I was able to min-cost her, was starting to lose hope for that with days of dry runs. Last two skill levels are better cleared with Christias, anyway)

Uh no idea, I only played it when it first came out which is long time ago. My main issue with it is that the screen where you view stuff is so damn tiny. Too bad though because I like the starting dragon girl. I really like her.

Just trying to play the game is an exercise in torture.

Anyone likely knows more about dragon providence than I do, the only time when the screen wasn't like only two inches big on my monitor is when starting dragon girl had an hentai scene which went to full screen, and after it ended, it went back to be super tiny screen.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Updates are regular, but DP also have event-break schedule, if I remember correctly. Of course, since there are timed superbosses to tackle with your guild and new regular bosses to farm, there's always things to do there. Well, was when I was playing actively)

Hrm, interesting. I also asked because it seems to always be consistently in the top tier of trending games list. But, with the super bosses thing, I guess could be the reason for that. Went over and checked it out, and the interface is pretty...something, however not as tiny as I imagined it. Sure it's small, but it's not like "what is this, a game for ants?", at least to me anyway.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

I was thinking of getting into this game but I've read lots of recent complaints about the English version.

Now I'm not familiar with the game so I'm not sure on these "revival" events and event schedules but if I were to get into playing this game, I'm assuming I would be better off playing the dmm version?

Well, it depends on how active player you are. If you log in once a week to spend hour or two, Nutaku may be better for you.
If you log in at least every day, you will run out of things to do on Nutaku very soon, so DMM is definite way to go. Due to Daily Revivals system on DMM, you will be showered with freebie units and premium currency, making start much softer and dynamic than on nutaku.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Huh, they finally edited out Neneya.
