(Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

I have deleted Deine and Minerva before. No one can convince me. I hate their art a lot. I don't regret deleting them at all and I will delete them again if I get the chance to.

I will also delete Aisha for the same reason as Dina. I hate their art. Usefulness or brokeness be damned.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

I beat it using extremely high cost units, with that said my units are really good but it's possible without mincost.

There was someone who posted a video for me doing it the high-cost way... I want to say it was Eab but I'm not 100% sure it was him. Maybe if he reads up on here, he'll post the yt video he had up doing it with higher cost units. The strategy was basically archers, a vampire hunter and healers (awakened with hp recovery on summon made it easier, especially going with the high cost way) and dropping a mage down in the bottom right iirc.

Hardly the easiest strategy to replicate, but probably a bit easier with the updated balance patch and all the awakened units I have since then.

WOAH THERE. I may have plenty of golds and plats to try and handle this but let's not start throwing around Nanalies 'n shit!
Still, thanks... might try this with much lower units... though considering I'm 50 levels below the Prince in the guide and my most powerful unit is AW55 Spica, I don't think I can expect great success.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

All this talk about broken black units makes me want to do some YOLO summoning with my 25 SC.

The other summoned unit that worth mention was Zola but I'm not complaining.

Thanks guys :D

Sorry, I didn't have AW Spica at the time because reasons.

Not bad. Got Victoria with Black Friday SCs.

Not Cornelia but Victoria is still a blondie so I'll roll with it.

Thanks for dragging the vid back, I thought I was right about it being you. Even if he can't replicate it the vid helps big time on the idea of where to lay the archers/healers + vampire hunter.

It's funny because I remember beating it this way with even Liana not awakened, although Elizabeth did massive work for me instead. My Spica wasn't AW either at the time.

Thanks for these! The second one just got me that god damn mission 2-starred.
Just need some proper timing on retreating a unit and I think I'm set.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

.. Why?

I was looking at Male and Female affection/trust boosts.

Valerie gains total of 48 attack from 100% Trust.

While Pallis gains 96 attack from 100% Affection.

What's up with the gigantic discrepancy?

Did you miss the part where this is a tower defense harem game designed around waifus? Males in general get less of a 100% bonus than females do, pretty much across the board.

Men generally are stronger without affection or trust, then women are stronger when trust/affection is added.

This makes some men solid early units that then wind up lacking in strength, example of this is Barbastroff at 271 attack and Cyrus at 262 versus Mehlis 255 attack. The men get 54 affection vs mehlis 108 making her better in the long run. The men are still viable (before AW abilitys) but better early on.
Trust is also a lot harder to get than affection early on, it all makes sense.

You also often see new players using Robert, he's just great if you get him very early on but he really doesn't improve much so is good to use but not level.

Ignoring that this is an H-game (though there's a SFW version on DMM) and most people are more interested in the girls than the boys, it's because males have higher base stats than females.

For example, a level 1 Valerie has 556 HP, 258 ATK, and 22 DEF. While a level 1 Pallis has 540 HP, 224 ATK, and 24 DEF. Pallis has 2 more DEF than Valerie, however Valerie has more HP and ATK. Another example, a level 1 Giovanni has 714 HP, 278 ATK, and 72 DEF. Meanwhile, A level 1 Verotte has 688 HP, 251 ATK, and 76 DEF. Same with Pallis, Verotte has more DEF, however Giovanni has high HP and ATK.

As stated above, males are stronger from the get go as early units when you have nothing available and/or don't have a whole lot of affection items. But overall Females have the higher potential in the long run once you've collected enough resources.

Welp I see. Thanks. I don't like how males is weaker than females when maxed with males being stronger than females when no boost. It just feels kinda silly to me.

Its not really a noticeable thing on melee but stat allocations are, men get more points into health and defence, women get attack. Then there are elves who get less health for a big attack boost and faster attack speed, dwarfs which I believe get a bigger health pool, slightly higher attack and lower attack speed (I could be wrong on this one).

It would help if I could read things properly for once and not read things that aren't there.

I mean, going by cliche anime logic it makes perfect sense. Females getting a larger boost in stats from affection makes as much as sense as a shonen protagonist getting a gigantic fighting boost because 'they're fighting for their friends'.

I didn't think about that. It works. Thanks.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Valerie is just upset he doesnt get any sexing.

Which one of the male characters isn't upset exactly? What with the Prince getting his hands on virtually every female in existence except the fucking goddess herself,
but god damn if that smug bitch doesn't have it coming WHERE'SMYFUCKINGBLACKUNITYOUWHOOOORE
Biggest plot hole in these kinds of games, I mean, I know I'm supposed to pretend it's fine, but is everyone just gonna ignore generic protag Eyeless-san getting all the women and they're totally fine with it?
