Completed the drop on the 2nd map already, that really didn't take long.
Who's the Plat unit that shows up? Is it that platinum valkyrie who no-one seemed to like, that had the skill that doubled her attack & defense? Or is it that dragonrider or someone?

bernice will require a lot of investment and i dont have that available atm.

What investment? Do you mean into awakening her or something, 'cos getting her's easy enough.
And even if you think she takes a lot to raise, couldn't you just get her now and raise her later?

that's the samurai who boosts her attack then gets dazed, right? Handy, I got her back in the day, but I was always disappointed I couldn't max out her skill(don't remember if she's mini-costed).

I don't think its worth spend the SC on the dmg reduction buff just to kill him for a reward, if its purely to beat him its another thing.
While it may take a few runs dodging may work for stalling due to his low attack speed, Inari AW would be best with her 70% dodge but 50% might work too, specially if you have several dodge units.

Thanks for the idea agaisnt golem. Bunch of rogues following Berna should do the work

i absolutely need momiji, i have a few Bernice dupes laying around but i also have a diina as well.
is diina able to tank a golem at a much lower level than Bernice?

actually i have a meribel as well, i dont think bernice would even be worth leveling at this point

i need somebody who can tank that golem (preferably) tomorrow. bernice isn't gonna work. i dont have the resources available to 100 aff and CC 60 her.

yeah i already have misha cc30. i was lookin for somebody a little more durable without losing damage and emilia seemed like a good fit, but she's apparently terrible.

Emilia is unable to gank as well as a typical Bandit
Emilia is unable to UP ramp as well as Misha
Elaine is straight up cheaper than Emilia to use as lightning rod.

If you need durability and damage, get a Bandit.

Thats a very good choice, Lolonee may not be the best bandit but she does her job well, just remember if you get 2 copies her skill changes on CC which is incredibly rare for a event unit like her. Not that its a great idea to CC one just to skill her up.

What's "Up ramp" mean? Does it mean generate points by taking out enemies?

I haven't decided which mission I'll focus on, the first to get extra skill-ups for Waltz, or the 2nd one because I'm always short on silver valkyries.

Well, if anybody insisted on making full use of the dupe, may do 30CC1 Lolonee fodder for the 1st 100% SU/CR. subsequent SU not worth the CCed fodder.

She has to wait a while before she could make full use of her skills, therefore she is not a good ganker.

She can't kill as well as Misha early on despite more expensive deployment costs, therefore less profitable to generate points.

Silver valkyries are required for alot of things, we are lucky that after-the-patch: min-costed silver valkyries are not-necessary for most of the events in DMM/NUTAKU, max-cost silver valkyries became affordable.

CHALLENGE ACCEPTED. with olivie that buys me 14 seconds of dps. i should have enough. if not... well ill wait for new month and drop 3 sc on ranged buff.

Why is it so important to kill that golem? For the very small chance to get a plat armor? 30 seconds is nowhere near enough to kill the golem unless the ranged DPS is high enough (probably around 5 plat level AW witches and/or mages, minimum). Most videos takes well over 2 min to kill it cause it's not even possible to have 5 ranged magic units to attack so it's only 2 to 3.

Those suckers have 54000 HP plus 2500 defense and 50% magic resists, so gonna take 108k of combined magic damage to kill it. Each physical attack less than 2500 will just be doing 10% of attack damage, ranged physical will occasionally do 10% of attack damage or 0 as the arrow bounces right off. In addition, the tank will need to have over 3600 combined HP+defense to not die from 1 hit. Might not even be doable with shop buffs.

Bernice is the best everyman HA, everyone gets her eventually and she's light years better than Leanne. Unless there are better Platinum or Black alternatives from premium gacha she should be utilized. Even though I rarely use Bernice anymore on most contents she's still quite useful in certain maps. Used her in the subjugation and will also use as blocker for the mithril golem. Not saying Bernice need to be leveled immediately, but she should be down the line when you get the chance.

Bernice is the best everyman HA, everyone gets her eventually and she's light years better than Leanne. Unless there are better Platinum or Black alternatives from premium gacha she should be utilized. Even though I rarely use Bernice anymore on most contents she's still quite useful in certain maps. Used her in the subjugation and will also use as blocker for the mithril golem. Not saying Bernice need to be leveled immediately, but she should be down the line when you get the chance.

Agreed:

this gold rush is important for most newbies

Bernice + Zola gets you through most mundane G ranked missions.
Claire is always competitive against Bashira in terms of DPS/UP
Barba is one of the more flexible mages available due to his range advantage.
Lolonee is one of the more accessible gankers out there
Belinda can be CRed relatively easily, and should be in everybody's witch team.
Even when max-costed (and hence expensive), Fran is an important upgrade to Khuri.

Rorone has the distinct dishonor for being the only event platinum unit that changes skills upon CC. Therefore, any pre-CC skill ups are completely worthless. To even skill herself up means you need to CC the fodder copy, and that's gonna cost 3 silvers cause she'd plat.

Like tatose said, either just do 1 CC Rorone for the 100% skill up/CR or not at all. Can't even imagine what it'll feel like to burn 3 silver fodders and potentially get no skill up or CR from it.

i'm still gonna try to obtain everybody at least once, but we'll see how my luck pans out for actual copies.

ill settle for -1/+1 waltz and wait patiently for revival. which i've done already. i actually got 2 waltz copies before the black spirit dropped, so that was good.

bernice i am obviously investing in asap as leeanne doesn't cut it for what i want a HA to do.

i dont care about barbastroff. if i didnt need samurais for awakening i wouldnt bother with this map honestly. after spending a few hours going through everything i could think of i now realize: killing the golem is out of my ability. i really need plat armors though. wish i could kill it :/

im interested in Rita as seclusion seems pretty nice.

i have a -5, 6/10 fran im fine with. im totes happy i spent the effort to do this. she's been paying off.

belinda would be nice, but i've already got 100 aff cloris and it's like.. man.. more affection items into a witch... how many maps require this many witches? im still gonna try my best to get her but if it doesn't happen im not gonna sweat it. what makes her so easy to CR? is she special?

the zola copy is going directly into mine. been using her a lot lately.

i pretty much have to do every map. feelsbadman. hope my luck holds up.

Between the three, if I'm forced to level up only one, I'd go with Diina. If I have to choose 2 out 3, I would choose Diina and Bernice.

Diina should be able to handle everything Bernice can handle even at slightly lower defense, because she has over 1000 HP on Bernice at max level as well as better attacks and ranged skill attacks.

Bernice offers great synergy with her skills and the AW ability to increase all HA defense by 7%. She is capable of tanking the most difficult bosses thus far in Nutaku Aigis.

Maribel, sadly, is just not very effective unless her skill is active. Without skill active she has less defense than unskilled Leanne. At best, Maribel can fill the role of a duelist who can also block additional mobs or archers. So if none of them are leveled up I would rather focus on the other two first.

Rita and Bashira are unable to one-shot the Crystal Eyes on Crystal G with or without Spica. But why you mention that Rita does more damage compared to Bashira?

Belinda only need 3 successful CR, unlike most event plats. Oh yea, she's non-negotiable for some missions too.
