I can only guess that they didn't edit her because she's clearly a nurse and no loli could possibly have a job like that.

take 2nd boss nao for example. She is carrying a fricking toy in her hand. Also talks like a child. Or the 4th boss? Who is insisting she is mature enough although wears a school swimsuit. Even if the eye fails behivour is dictating the edits i guess.

Isn't the swinsuit more of a fetish thing than a statement of the character age?

I believe that the whole school swimsuit thing is a "common" fetish in most anime/hentai.
