So, those who aren't getting the SR from the case did you take the past Gambit SR into EX levels through the cases?

Mine is not in ex levels but it IS level 100

Since last post, opened / had opened about 50~ more silver and gold total, still no SR.

I die a little inside every time I see a friend of mine get an SR from one of my cases.

No SR for me. I even tried opening one of Sza's gold boxes instead of just popping the closest one to expiration, but still no luck. Woe.

Been too busy to check in here for the past few days but glad I'm not the only one unable to get the SR...

I started getting SR card from silver/gold within the past day... maybe they started bumping up the drop rate?

I didn't level my previous gambit SR card anywhere close to lvl 100 though.

Please note that we are aware of this.
Although we have investigated these reports we could not find any issues surrounding the cases. Please note that yesterday, we have also raised the drop rate of the card found in cases in hopes of alleviating this problem.
We will continue our investigation going forward and increase rates even further, if needed.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

After That i used around 50 opened cases and Keys, again without Card.

Drop rate increased from 0.001% to 0.0010001%

PROBLEM SOLVED BUY THOSE KEYS

So they are pretty much handing out copy paste responses now considering mine is word for word what Evil got.

... I didn't realize this was a big problem for everyone? The SR Card was like literally the first three unlocks I got.

Small question, do you have the SR box card from the last Gambit at level 100? Any EX levels?

Last Gambit was Kii Someya, wasn't it? I don't think I ever spent any cards on her, but I have her at level 29.

Yup, ok that furthers the theory. We suspect having Kii at level 100+ is stopping you from getting the box SR this time around. This almost confirms this suspicion.
