The only problem is Nutaku INSIST there is nothing wrong with the boxes, gonna send another ticket with this info in hopes they actually fix it before the last two days.

Hello again,

We have double checked the code and again, found nothing.
Note however that we have just raised the rate once more. This should be more than enough... hopefully. :)

Raising the rate means nothing if the base is always 0%...

Worst thing is, looking on all that copypasta, there is no chance of getting SR other than them manually adding it to my cards... and we both know how probable that is :/

My Kii is at lvl 100, but i got tons of those in last event... Still zero in this gambit. T_T

FWIW, my Kii is also under level 100, and I've gotten three copies of the case card in this event so far.

Since this issue was first reported we have investigated and modified the drop-rate of the card, to the point of it reaching the highest rate it's ever been.
To be more specific regarding the card's rate, you now have 1 out of 7 chances to get the card from Silver Cases and 1 out of 6 chances from Gold Cases.
The issue is not caused by any data that could have been ported over from Gambit 2, since no such data was kept in the Gambit 3 build, they are two separate events. Since the last modification we have been seeing a large number of users receiving the card, therefore we have no reasons to suspect otherwise.

1st i miss on cards because they cost 450$, then i miss on cards because event is fucked... next step is them randomly delete cards i already own i guess :/

Blabla i don't believe that they edit that stuff live without any maintenance break,or that i've just no luck with rates of ~14% / 16%

Yup, to many people here suddenly have shitty luck, by this point in previous gambits my case card was already +15 just from opening cases.

Well...I just got a Konoha and my Kii is in her EX levels. I guess they either really did fix something or the theory that having Kii at >= level 100 prevents you from getting Konoha is now out the window.

I just got it using my second silver key of the day. I have 32 more, so I will report on the drop rate after.

Well, Rawr wasn't one of the ones affected.

OK, I raised Konoha to 100 and have since used 1 gold and 20 silver keys, and 5 of my silver cases opened.. haven't gotten another one yet

Something is still very wrong if it's supposed to be 1-in-6 for gold and 1-in-7 for silver.
