Regardless of whether it's your boss or someone else's, you get EP equal to 1% of the damage you dealt, 2% if you got MVP or last hit, and 3% if you got both. So soloing a boss with 300k HP gives 9k EP and dealing 25k damage to someone else's boss with no last hit or MVP bonus gives 250 EP.

And yeah... just got my first 8.7mil boss myself. Probably should've just elixir'd it but that's boring. My ID is 105852 if anyone wants to help. It's at 4,285,000ish with 110 minutes left at time of posting.

Edit: Oh, by the way, I'm pretty sure that boss levels raise based on how many kills you have, including all supports. So it might be a good idea to decide on an EP goal and reach that before you start tossing out a bunch of 1 pt supports or let others kill your bosses for you. I got up to about 80k EP before I encountered my first level 50+.

Thing is its bugged right now and only sometimes awards EP for support.

Speaking of bugs, I've also randomly gotten super boss rewards from supporting lower level regular bosses even though the mega bosses don't spawn yet. Gives me 2 items and says Super Elite Guard in the present description. Haven't figured out what causes it yet.

Just got a level 60 spawn and it only had 1.5m hp. Is this just luck, or did ninja patch happen or something?

..that and I can't imagine all the bosses after a certain level having -exactly- 8.7M is intentional.

Just disappointing... was top 50 in EP most of the day and fell off the map, lol. Still top 10 in assists, though.

yep.. just assisted someone for 105k of a 300k boss, mvp.. did not get last hit. Battle history says I -should- have received 4149 EP, but I actually got nada

I think i went through about 200 before getting it..

then I bought $15 worth of event gatchas trying to get one of the gold ones.. no luck

You can get the SR ones from normal gacha too. Just pray to Airu or something for super luck.

I spend enough on the JP version of the game, I'm going to hold off on dumping money into the EN version, especially if it's this buggy.

You can get only get Miyako (which I have) and Akie (the one I wanted) from normal gatchas. The other 3 (2 silver and gold) can only be gotten from the event gatcha or from extreme luck during Elite Guard Search.

I came across Akie twice during gatcha.. once during normal and once during rare, but again, its a moonshot getting her that way.

Yeah this really bummed me out, at begining of event i wasted few full puddings and 5-7 halfs helping comrades, not even knowing it was bugged :/ I wonder if they will retroactively fix EP or at least give some compensation for wasted items.

I just remembered, I found the other SR girl on the non event Bonus spin before event started. Wouldn't that mean you don't HAVE to find her during elite guard? Or does she stop appearing on normal bonus when event ends?

P.S. Looking for anyone on my friends list to spawn an 8.5m boss so I can waste my focus getting assists since I got nothing better to do with it. :p

I'm in an experimental mood.. I'll do that for awhile and see

got about 5 chance times doing bonus spins.. didn't come across any event cards, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything. The absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.
