[Nutaku] Taimanin Asagi: Battle Arena


Yeah, I expected a pvp event after the current one. T__T
 
Kinda like the quick pace of events if they can keep it up although I would have liked a pvp one as well. Guess the intent was to give people time to build up stronger teams so people with the early lucky draws don't get quite such a huge lead.

yes, this game is about 95% back to back with events. rarely did we get breaks. this is why i say save pots for events you actually want cards. you can't go ham on all events. you'll be low when you need them most.

i set a goal and once i met it, i didn't use any more pots. this is what i'm sitting on now for the demon murasaki event

Next event is a tower event. same kind of event we just came out of. the main reward this time around is

[SR] [Immortal Devil] Murasaki Yatsu (Demon)

Skill - attack plus 3000 at level 1. wikia does not say what skill does past level 1.

she is a must have for demons. that is a huge flat boost and since it's an event drop. if you get more then 1 copy you can put more then 1 in your deck to complete a demon deck and have multiple 3k boosters. though this becomes ineffective past a certain amount and % boosting should be used along with flat. i am going to aim for 3-4 copies at least. i don't have the best demon cards, so might just go for 3 to not put so much strain on my stamina pots.

it's great SR's like these that show that you don't need to spend a lot of money on gatcha to make great decks. later on, we will get UR's and even LR's from events. so don't fret that you can't always pull good on gatcha. the event cards are some times better then gatcha cards. look at chavalier. she has the same skill as this demon murasaki but is a UR in the gatcha. likeliness you'll pull her is 1%. meanwhile at least 1 copy of murasaki? highly possible.

very nice flat booster that drops for free. i believe after tower floor 100. she has a small chance to drop from exploring. so definitely some much needed help to the USF.

Gatcha UR is actually not skipped. so it's a bit out of sync.

[UR] [Darkwater Shadow] Sakura Igawa (UFS) should have been with the arena event we skipped, so gatcha's will now be out of sync unless they do pvp next and put the gatcha this tower event was suppose to have.

she is the murasaki of USF. high atk, low def and 30% atk boost at level 1. 50% at level 5.

my recommendation - Must have if you are going USF down the line. problem is, such a good card is UR aka 1% and the game is brand new. most of us should not have even 30 premium tickets saved up yet. so if you go after her, you'd probably do it with cash. HR for this limited gacha is trash, don't chase.

Maybe they are skipping the events that don't have a reward card. Can't say I'm actually that bothered if that's the case. It does mean that there will be 6 more events until the first PvP event though.

Really want that Asagi for attack deck. Think I will just have to make do with my current team for now and save all my tickets for then.
 
same, i'm already running an taimanin deck. she so will actually be used for her stats not really her skill lol. finally replace that R sakura in my deck XD.
 
3 Sakura and a Hotaru make up my current attack deck, so would very much like to replace a Sakura.

I also like her skill is for all types of cards, makes her more flexible.
 
I feel like I probably have one of the best demon attack decks out there at the moment. Just missing something to replace the R Yukino but with her skill at level 4 I'm not sure anything short of an SR will displace her. Only 21,000 base attack but it hits for 90k with all skills procced.

yeah, that is a very good demon deck for this stage in the game.
 
Alright, so is there a way to get more Speed Demons, or are you really meant to spend your stam bars on Ch.1 stage 1 and hope ? That's how I'm doing it so far but it gets annoying after the 25th Fuist.
 
stage 2 chapter 5 is the best stage to farm raid bosses and exp points. encounter rate is by chance, any raid boss will appear on any stage.

from most common to rare

common - fulst (time limit 2 hours)
rare - speed demon, red oni, Kazuro Yatsu, dark beast (time limit 2 hours 30 mins)
very rare - XPS - 11 A Bone (3 hours)

so you'll more often then not, reach level 50 fulst before any raid boss.
 
Just request assistance straight away for Fulst. It's not worth going for the mvp and you get the rewards as if you'd attacked it anyway. Medals and cash really aren't important unless you're trying to level up multiple SR or higher cards. I only use BP for red oni and speed demon now to try and stock up on as many potions as possible for the next event.

Also does anyone know if there will be any team events later on? I remember the guild battle events in Dragon tactics being good fun.
 
yes, a later event will be world raid bosses. where players must fight a raid boss together to bring down it's health. thought that was the 1 year anniversary event lol. so we have a long time before then.

Limiting breaking looks like it is expensive. My Asagi needs 354k gold for the first limit break, she has 3. No idea when the shards will be added for that feature but if you plan on getting your card to their max potential it will require a lot of gold.

Currently rank 283, dropped a fair bit since I checked a few hours ago. I think I will drop down to the 301 - 1000 bracket. My only issue is what is Mari's actual skill. In game it just says it is a Taimanin defense boost. But on the JP wiki it says it is a defense up versus devils (demons). Has Chrome translated the skill really poorly or will we see the in game description changed? Or will the change how the skill works for us.

If it was to just be a Taimanin defense boost I would be pretty tempted to try and grab for of them to be honest.
 
yeah, if it's just a flat defense boost, i would try harder for them. if it's conditional, not worth. we won't know until we get them.

i keep posting on their twitter about the last hitter bug for the weekly raid boss. they don't seem to respond and i swear my post get erased...
 
I'm barely staying in the 300-1000 range at the lower end, and am nearly out of pots. Plus my teams suck.

For Taimanin, My ATK team is Leader Hotaru, Sakura, Yukikaze, then Kanade and Rei since everyone else's ATK sucks.

DEF team is Ren, Midori, Yuzuriha and Saki.

Other Taimanin I have are Rika, and Rinako who I still need to train.

My Demon team with Neo Saya as the leader, are for ATK, Relina, Kicillia, Spider Princess, and Tia. DEF team, which still needs some training, is Katarina, Lilim, Raqua, and Tenka. Other Demons i have are Minasaki.

UFS, with Jane as leader. ATK is Kurumi, Cressia, Sasha, and Asuka. DEF is Ema, Ayaka, Brenda, and Aruka.

Others I have and really need to train are Ginrei, Luna, Claudia, and Christea.

Any advice guys?

EDIT: Selling Minasaki and Rika, since their skills and stats are at odd with each other.
 
I don't know all the names of the R/HR cards yet, and honestly can't be bothered checking every single 1. But the next event is giving a really good demon attack card. As you have Saya Neo too it might be worth focusing on your demon cards at the moment.
 
Problem with that is that I'm nearly out of pots, and probably won't do too well.
 
first, for your taimanin deck. get rid of kanade as soon as possible. she raises USF attack, not taimanin so she doesn't work no matter what deck you put her in. even a R sakura would be better. next one you get, don't feed into your other sakura, instead replace kanade. i dont think i have a rei, so i'm not sure what her stats and skill are. not sure about all the other cards. it will help if you took screen shots of your decks / cards. i have better memory of what cards do by picture then name.

oh and some advice to everyone. save your some medals to pull on event gatchas to try and go for the R's and HR's. the bonus 2% and 3% will go a long way in making it easier to get a better place.
 
Rei Screen Shot 2018-10-10 at 7.25.02 PM.png is basically a Taimanin Minasaki by my estimates. High ATK , but low defense that contrasts her DEF boost. Like, she's Lv 15, and her def is 961.

Still haven't trained her at all yet, but her skill is lower Demons' DEF. I figured Rei's or Kanade's higher ATK would contribute more than that.
