Its realy funny how people tend to assume something sometimes, but keep going, do what you like to do yourself, though most of the things mentioned are among my likings as wel.
In the end its up to yourself if you feel you should add it, if you personaly dont like shota or anything else others do, then its understandable you wouldnt add it... would seem odd to add something you dont like yourself. That is my 2cent at least

This game actually sounds and looks pretty interesting. I really like the recent development of RPG Maker games using 3D models from Poser or DAZ Studio etc. It makes the graphics much more appealing and supports the narrative of the games greatly.
Regarding shota: I don't know what exactly counts as shota, but I could very well for example see a younger group or teen gang (female and/or male) blackmailing the main character and forcing her to do all kinds of nasty services.
