...so, first buy the game on Steam, then buy a DLsite "Steam version patch" that's actually more expensive than the original DLsite game? Sheesh.

Truth now, how likely is it that they'll even bother to "translation update" their original DLsite game if they're going to earn at least twice as much on the Steam+DLsite patch version? I'm one of those people who actually bought the game when it was first released because I wanted to support their work, so I'm kinda worried that I'm getting "hey, let's scam the desperate gaijins"-blocked.

To be fair i would be willing to pay more for the game in english, if it was whole, since the translation is same as saying more labour was made so it should cost a little more, just please don't sell it by steam, i have family that will see that xD

I'm skeptical as to whether this will just be machine translation since they're other games were I'm not playing any garbled machine translated shit and sure as hell not paying for it either.

If you're sceptical about it, there's no need to be. It's definitely going to be machine translated.

rather than by machine translated i think it was made by chinese-speaking people or other non-english speaking people. I have heard somewhere sakuragames is a chinese publisher and some of their game published also come in chinese language.

There used to be a free torrent of this, but apparently it went down when Nyaa got shut down, I tried getting trackers from them, but no joy. Besides directly buying the original I can't find old copies anywhere. The reason I say this is because I lost my copy recently in an accident.

For those who have the steam on it.
Fits that you can not get the English version, which selects at steam.

Different rum wer se distributed the idea that the .exe must be changed.
Allso who has the sons the game is automatically connected with steam who uses it.

Have only no idea what I need to change since I can distribute it without thinking. ^^

Have also read the steam this time no censur makes.
But if nevertheless the Japanese loads down and just stops the picture.

really? i just downloaded this game around 21 july and it was fine. I even get my max speed

there one torrent in nyaa.si when you search ダークエルフのヒストリア. And it was by 2.D.G.F so surely there is many seeder from it.

btw did this game get delayed? i have been checking the steam page for the last hour and it always say "release in less an hour" then suddenly now changes to "Coming soon. This item is not yet available." lol

(as long as the translation quality close to Dieselmine Steam release)
but if not ... better prepared to get some headache ...

That's actually not too bad a deal. If I hadn't bought the original game a long time ago, I'd definitely go for it. Still hoping they'll add the english translation for the DLsite game though, instead of just the steam patch.

Whoever translated it and is in charge of the game on Steam seems to speak decent English. Also, they have an unconditional refund policy you can pursue at any time without even deleting the game. I think a lot of people will be scamming them which makes me feel bad.

EDIT: Yeah nevermind the translation fell apart pretty quickly...

the english is kind of coherent. it's better than a machine translation, let's just put it that way. btw the h-scenes are completely removed from the game. to get them you need to buy a patch from DLsite that is way more expensive than the actual game, and still has mosaics.

just playing this game until end of the prologue
the translation is okay, well sakuragames-tier lol
my only complaint is the text is so thin that playing this game in 1080p was such an eyesore

sadly you can't bring the japanese save game to this to access 100% scene, and i have a bad news and good news regarding the R-18 content

the good news is seem's like the h-scene content wasn't cut, only get censored, the bad news is the censor was so bad(or funny) that you might lose your boner because of it. lmao

I mean, they have to sell that DLC. And Steam doesn't allow porn content yet so there's that too.
The report on the translation is worrying, haven't touched the game yet because Im waiting for the release of the uncensor DLC to play. I guess it's still better than nothing, especially since they plan on doing all the latest OneOne1 games.

EDIT :
Woah, the translation IS bad. It still manage to get the meaning accross, but it's certainly not what I'd call a proffessional translation.
