(Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

Re: (Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

Laya blinked, listening. Displacer Beast? She'd heard a little of those. A cat who wasn't where you thought it was. Which, to be honest, just sounded like any cat to her.

But it sounded like trouble was approaching. Time to hit the deck and take cover it seemed. The others seemed to have the right idea after all!

Re: (Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

Kat's ears twitched to where they heard the patrol coming by. Even as she looked to where Vylyra had headed off to. Trying to hide like the rest of the group was. Even as she was coming to the conclusion that if Vylyra wasn't back shortly, she'd head out on after her.

(Stealth roll: , not rolling the advantage because it can't get better :p)

Re: (Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

Well this wasn't what she was expecting. A literal gathering of enemies that was...what planning something? Stroking their own ego? From what she heard from the various stories that were told, they were venerating the Chaos Dragon like good little servants of chaos. Making her seem all the better and making the heroes sound all the worse. And wait...what were they saying about her?! Damn bastards were aiming to get a sword jammed up their ass. But the number of enemies put her at a disadvantage and she couldn't risk falling prisoner to another set of enemies. But getting out wouldn't be a simple task either. She'd have to play this situation very carefully or risk a losing battle before they even solved their first problem in this damn city. But she would have to try. Get out and warn the others of just who was inside and just who could be around here. No knowing if the forces here were the only ones.

Re: (Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

''Considering what Displacer beasts have turned into by chaos, chaos is definitely involved with this mine, and considering the displacer beast was the one dragging the three body sized objects inside, it’s safe to assume they’ve brought prisoners, most likely female prisoners. I’ll spare you the details, but the only way for a displacer beast to carry three bodies like that, is in a rather lewd way.'' Weiss whispered before she heard several people talk loudly and coming this way.

It wasn’t surprising that the others heard the rather loud patrol as well, as they all took their time hiding from them. Sadly though, even with all this time to prepare, Weiss wasn’t exactly confident in her ability to hide, and if she’d try to hide with the others, she most definitely would give their position away. So instead of hiding like everyone else, Weiss headed towards the road and stood there trying to look inconspicuous. Hopefully the patrol wasn’t there to search for them, and if they were searching for them, they’d be searching for a group of women. Either way, as long as the others had her back if they turned out to be hostile, she wasn’t exactly in grave danger, and if they were going to question her, she could pretend she was here to convert people to her religion.

Re: (Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

Vylyra comes out of the cavern with little issue, finding her friends outside the cave and in hiding from oncoming traffic down the road while Weiss made herself widely known.

Those who walked down the road soon came into view. Three in total. The one in front was a woman, and the two behind were seven and a half foot giant human men. Both with tanned complexions as if from the desert regions. The girl herself though, and seemed to know Weiss immediately.

"Weiss? How bizarre seeing you here." she commented. "I wasn't aware there were two priestesses here. Though... I imagine your reasoning is because of that hero business, huh? Certainly, you never were one to volunteer for church work." she chuckled. "That scarf though... That's very surprising! So you've already had the honor of meeting with Father Garland? I'm quite surprised. To earn that scarf from him, you must have been 'really amazing'. Perhaps you are actually following Eldath's teachings after all? Did you enjoy earning that scarf? It's the first time you've ever upstaged me." she seemed to look proud of Weiss. "So... What are you doing around here? I was about to investigate the mines, but I suppose you're doing the same?" she inquired.

She looked, and spotted Vylyra sneaking out of the cave. "Ah... So you are! And with friends, it seems." she declared. "Do you mind if I assist?" she inquired to Weiss, smiling at her. "Philip and Terry are my bodyguards. Surely you wouldn't mind them defending you?" she inquired, before the handsome bald men stepped forth to take Weiss' left and right hand to kiss them individually. "Nice to meet you milady." they said with charm.

Charisma said:
Roll base Charisma versus DC19 or Weiss finds herself appealed. Entirely for fluff reasons, no actual impact. Those witnessing the attractive bodyguards may roll at an advantage since they were not the recipients of the kiss. The men look like award winning sex symbols, as per the usual when it came to anything Eldath related.

Re: (Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

When Weiss saw the trio approaching, she was prepared to say the lines she rehearsed in her head. However, when Weiss realized who the woman was, she wished that she hid with the others. Weiss’ expression quickly soured, her smile turning into a strained one, as she couldn’t help and glare at the woman approaching her.

''Likewise, I didn’t expect to see you here Juniper, or ever again.'' Weiss said while mumbling out the last part so it was hard to understand. ''I’m surprised that you’re still doing volunteer work yourself, I would’ve figured you’ve already slept your way to the top.'' Weiss responded, as she was fully aware that Juniper might see this as a compliment rather than an insult. ''But yes, I’m here on hero duty, I’ve got better things to do then sucking a bunch of cocks for the church.'' Weiss responded proudly. ''Your way isn’t the only way of doing things, maybe it’s because you only tried to seduce him? Occasionally, a simple conversation will do a better job than trying to sleep with someone.'' Weiss said in a lecturing voice, feeling somewhat proud that she finally beat Juniper without getting down to her level. ''Mhm, we’re currently investigating why several women went missing around these parts, and we believe this mine might be where they’re dragged to.'' Weiss answered.

''I suppose it isn’t necessary for the others to hide either.'' Weiss said before she waved at where everyone was hiding. ''Don’t worry you can come out, Juniper is pretty harmless, for the most part.'' Weiss said while mumbling out the last part once again. ''My, I’m charmed to meet such handsome fellows.'' Weiss responded to the men kissing her hands, feeling a little bashful after such an introduction. After that introduction, Weiss considered Juniper request, she was about to agree without telling her about the dangers in the cave, but in the end, despite Weiss strongly disliking Juniper, Weiss couldn’t simply put Juniper in harm’s way without warning her first, and Weiss wouldn’t mind if Juniper straight up left. ''Although I’d feel a lot safer with Philip and Terry around me, I’m not sure if you want to join us inside, we’re most likely going to have to fight chaos, and it might get dangerous for you.''

Re: (Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

Juniper let out a chuckle while the two men winked at their fellow believer. "Why, Eldath at it's most is threatened by Chaos. We need to take action as soon as possible against them, as their very nature is a mockery. I myself won't stand for it." she declared. "Besides, with how much of a trouble maker you are, someone has to keep an eye on you. Ye of so little faith. I bet she hasn't been doing her teachings that well at all. So readily thinking that picking up a weapon is the best way to peace. We spoke with the goddess on your behalf, and she told us that you would find your way into her graces. So, I assume the goddess has a plan for you." she declared.

"Are you going to investigate the cave? Wonderful. Shall we come with or guard the entrance?" she inquired.

Re: (Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

Weiss tried to ignore the allure of the men that were traveling with Juniper, but when they winked at Weiss, her face lit up a little. ''The last thing I heard, Eldath doesn’t exactly have a preference when it comes to who wins, as she just wants the fighting to stop, so I always assumed most of our clergy would love to see chaos win, considering their nature.'' Weiss stated with questioning looking eyes. ''Hmph, I really don’t need a babysitter you know, and just for the record, I’ve already successfully made peace between humans and lizard man, without resolving to violence. Sadly enough, I’ve even done it in a way that would make you more than a little proud.'' Weiss bragged while sounding a little bit embarrassed about revealing the last part.

[Insight: ]

''I only speak for myself here, but as long as you’re okay being exposed to danger and get your hands dirty, you can come. I’ll warn you though, we’re most likely going to have to fight whatever is inside, and not fight them the Eldath way, if you were assuming that. So I wouldn’t blame you if you’d prefer to stand guard instead.'' Weiss said, as she didn’t particularly care if Juniper was exposed to danger, but if she wasn’t willing to fight, and would only cause more problems, she might as well stay outside and stand guard.

Re: (Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

"Actually, I'd hold off on rushing in there. I was just in the cave and I observed what could best be described as a Chaos gathering. A handful of enemies. Bout 4 male warriors, one female and an imp. I can't say for certain if there was more then that in the cave but I wouldn't risk three going in against that number. May as well stick together for the meantime. Pool our resources and assist each other. Unless you're confident in your strength. I'm not one to sit around when an opportunity presents itself. I can show you all the way, if we're all ready." The ranger drew her bow and was ready to depart. "And yeah, like Weiss said, we kept our cloths on when we ran into Garland. He was quite happy to accept our help freely if it meant easing the strain on the people and I'm all for helping those that can't help themselves."

Re: (Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

"I'm aware." Juniper said to Weiss. "That's what these boys are for. We incapacitate them and then indoctrinate them to the way of peace the good old fashioned way. You may know since you caused such peace according to yourself, but sex is both their weapon and their weakness. And I happen to be quite good at it. But I think having a rear guard would be best regardless. Just bring them to me and I'll take care of their Chaos affiliations. Since I know you're out of practice~" she cooed.

Re: (Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

Charisma save: ,

"Have you perchance managed to learn why they're in there, Vylyra?" Talia asked as she left her hiding spot, deciding to trust Weiss's judgement for now. This Juniper didn't seem to be the kind of person she'd like to hang around on a daily basis, but at least the monks seemed to be on the level. And fairly strong. And not bad looking she supposed, though she was far from charmed. The journey, short as it was, proved to be quite effective at teaching her to resist the charms of others. "I'd like to know what sort of purpose this place serves. Though I suppose we might end up burning it down all the same, considering it's a nest of Chaos."

Re: (Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

''Are you sure that was everything you saw Vylyra? You didn’t see a displacer beast or any kind of strange animal?'' Weiss responded with curiosity to Vylyra’s debriefing of the place. ''If that’s the case, we should move with caution indeed, because there’s most likely more of them further inside the mine.'' Weiss speculated by the lack of the displacer beast.

Weiss clearly showed her disapproval in her expression when Juniper was explaining her methods, but it didn’t exactly surprise Weiss. ''I’m well aware how the clergy tend to solve problems, and despite me voicing my dissatisfaction on using such barbaric methods, I highly doubt they’re going to listen to a lowly cleric as me. However, are you sure you’re up for the challenge? With a frail body like yours, I highly doubt you can tame something like a displacer beast by yourself, even if you’re particularly skilled at it.'' Weiss said a bit teasingly, as she knew she had Juniper beaten in that aspect at least.

Weiss couldn’t help but voice her speculations when Talia mentioned her curiosity. ''I have my sneaking suspicion that chaos only recently moved in this mine, very recently, or else they wouldn’t act so hostile towards the chaos displacer and whatever brought him here. It might be that chaos had nothing to do with the kidnappings, and only decided to meddle with it when we decided to stop it, or they’re simply wasting our time and leading us astray here. Either way, I’m also curious to find out what exactly is going on here.''

(Resist check: )

Kat ended up letting out a small huff, really, who did these men think they were being so good looking and acting like that. Either way, given the people were apparently on their side, Kat would come out of the bushes, just in time for Vylyra to show up. The dogbold listening intently. "So knock them out and bring them for sex? Simple enough, what about the imp?"

Re: (Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

Juniper giggled. "Believe me, you wouldn't be able to handle half of what I can." she said, while openly fondling one of her companion's crotches at Weiss. "Well, we'll be here while you all discuss your plan. Good luck~"

Re: (Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

"I saw no such beast. Just the women, the four guards and the imp. But dealing with the imp might be trouble because I have no honest idea what it can do. It was only a couple feet tall but it had breasts and a dick."She relayed more of what she saw. "LIke I said, they were having a gathering of some sort, so that means they might be planing something for the town. They said they were leaving us breadcrumbs to follow and that they have something bigger planned for us. That the folks in the cave might very well be a delaying tactic. Again, just telling you what I heard from their mouth. I leave the final decisions to you lot. Almost sounds like a trap if ever there was one."

Re: (Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

Weiss couldn’t help but grit her teeth a little while glaring at the Juniper. ''I’m pretty confident I both can and already have handled more than half what you can handle. I’m far more experienced then the last time we’ve seen each other.'' Weiss responded proudly before turning her attention towards Vylyra.

''If what you’re saying is true, then we would technically be better off ignoring this mine. However, I highly doubt that the people that got dragged by the disrupter beast aren’t prisoners, unless chaos is a lot more openly lewd then I first assumed. So, unless anyone else has a better idea of saving the prisoners, I’ll be heading towards the mine’s entrance, because I’m not going to leave those poor women in the clutches of chaos.'' Weiss answered, as she started to prepare to move towards the entrance, and with Weiss’ heavy armor, she was most likely going to alert the people inside that they’ve arrived.

Re: (Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

"For all the talk about the delaying tactic, it sounded like at least one of them actually had some idea what the real plan is." Talia pointed out, taking note of the details of Vylyra's report. "Make sure you point that one out, I want them alive. We can pump the moron for info later. Everybody else can burn for all I care." The sorceress stated with a shrug. "I'm guessing it's probably the imp, so make sure not to gib that one, Kat." The tiefling added as she followed behind Weiss, keeping a little of bit distance to not end up in a melee immediately. Even though she had a few tricks that'd help up close, she'd rather not take unnecessary risks.

Re: (Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

When Weiss heard what Talia had to say about it, Weiss stopped and turned around to face Talia. ''I’d prefer it if we could keep everyone alive as long as Juniper is here. I’ve already got a horrible reputation at the church, and I would like to improve it instead of worsen it. Besides, the people inside might just be misguided by chaos.'' Weiss said, requesting everyone to try their best and keep the people inside alive, before she continued to move again.

Re: (Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

(17+3 vs Charm)

Laya wasn't too impressed, they had few too many scales for her liking. She kept quiet as she watched the clerics talk back and forth. Hmph. To her it seemed way more likely the faith was going to end up chaos bait. But then again, had they not solved the lizardfolk problem in much the same way? Either way.

She followed along a bit, humming as she took down some notes. "I believe demons aren't easily captured. And being so tied to Chaos, it's likely to just self destruct before we get anything out of it by the desires of Chaos. So I suggest we be careful. Plus, we'd need to be sure it's not lying or in fact, being fed false information. After all, if they're this paranoid about us finding what they are up to early, why not double up? In any case, I'm with you whatever you decide, gotta document everything after all for the epic. Hm, what's a good synonym for lascivious..."

Re: (Open to New Players) Dungeons and Depravity: Revenge of the Unchained

And so they marched into the mine. With Weiss in the lead.

They came into the cave, where four of Garland's men were rising from their knees to turn and greet the sounds of approaching adventurers. A woman dressed in a black robe that was open at the front looked to them as well, revealing that she wore only the robe and nothing underneath. The line from her face down to her crotch in plain view, with her nipples hidden behind dark fabric. The Imp also stood on the altar, holding her arms up at the heroines. "Welcome, welcome! We've been expecting you! The others were expecting you as well, but as fortune would have it, here you are!" she declared. And as she did the four men began clapping at them. "Now, I know what you are here for. Not just to slay this or save that, but to find the true source of Chaos! Rest assured, she will make herself known to you when the time is right! But now is far from that time! You heroes are very important to us! So we shall treat you as honored guests!"

The imp snapped her fingers, causing magical runes to seemingly activate. Rocks fell from behind, sealing the mine from behind and trapping the girls inside! "We plan on having you stay for a long time!" the imp declared, before the 4 men took off their pants to reveal that they were wearing leather armor that doubled as a fetish suit, their cock and balls hanging out as they wore a one-piece leather suit of armor. Each person in the room now clearly looked like a fanatic of Chaos.

~~~~
The girls were very likely ready for combat. But somehow, the moment they'd try to move to fight, even during conversation, the enemy seemed to move first. They left unusual after images as if Chaos herself had breathed her magic into them to give them cursed fervor. Before she could react, Weiss was struck with a mace so hard that she was knocked against the nearby wall. The second fanatic came and drove his knee into her stomach, knocking the air out of her lungs before they both hugged her, tongues running along her neck as hands went for her clothes and legs.
The other two lewd men charged forth, striking Laya and Kat in turn, overwhelming the group with their chaos god given powers, as The Cultist lifts her hands, uttering a magical incantation while her ingredients are squeezed in her hands like grass in her palm. "Bare your flesh for Chaos! Strip down and reveal your lewd body!" She shouted, parting her robes further to reveal her breasts as if in leading gesture, her magic compelling Weiss and Vylyra to strip their clothes and armor off.
The Imp, in the back of the ensuing chaos, points her finger at Talia in specific, smirking at her as her infernal eyes reflected in Talia's blood. "You, kindred spirit. You know first hand your blood line. You share her blood, the Chaos Dragon. You are destined to be by her side. Join her now!" declared the Imp, using an unusual spell Talia couldn't identify within any realm of possibility to control her!
