Note that my table is a machine translation of a japanese walkthrough with a handful of very hasty corrections from me looking at the Kagura games version, so choice names WILL differ. The choices above should get you enough points that regardless of which choices you make in the conversation parts of the two date spots, you should have enough for the event. I could be wrong, but I unlocked every character's post date event using the table above and choosing conversations choices I wanted to hear.

none of Diana match what I got (but maybe KG fucked with the 0 / 0.5 / 1 thing), and I think you need 7 or 8+ for the scene. each date spot convo also have two set of questions.
