Re: Orc Strike

A DL PLS. for pm i cant find these game i want to try it.

Re: Orc Strike

[147]12. Short Brown Pig Tails, Red Crazy Bat Shit Eyes(Boss): Has a plethora of status alignments she'll inflict on you and then roar at you, canceling your turn so you're forced to take poison damage and such, she can also hit pretty heavy on single targets. Drops an AMAZING 2 handed weapon that gives high attack and 50ish agility, great for your 2nd pig to catch up in speed so make sure you get it.

[169]002. Dark Magician Girl: A little bit of a challenge but by now your party has skills to easily deal with single enemies (Guard with main pig, sleep, etc.) She has rare items worth farming and is worth a lot of exp.

[170]003. Honma Meiko, Beige Hair, Blue Eyes (Menma) (Difficult): Tough as hell, she hits hard with an aoe and can blind you, also comes with a strong mummy. She can be found in the basement of the pyramid. A huge problem is all the enemies here are really strong and most can poison you while not dropping many hp potions. It may be better to run from them than to try to fight them all after a while. She drops full revives and is worth farming throughout the entire game because of it.

I didn't understand that part. The 147 and 170 are in the Pyramid? I cannot enter there, I'm forgetting something? And the Black Magician Girl is find near the area of pyramid?

And another question. On north of of continent 3 before going to Continent 6 has a onsen or something like that and have 3 girls there(that I'm sure). I didn't find nothing in the guide for that. This is a observation.

Re: Orc Strike

Could anybody post a full-version game? :(

Re: Orc Strike

7th Continent (To Aru Majutsu No Index):

[ ]Accelerator: I thought he'd be the boss but it seems he just runs like a bitch from you a couple times and then disappears. I spent about half an hour wandering through town looking for him after he drops rocks on you and couldn't find him. The random spawns every 10 steps finally annoyed me enough to make me stop searching, so if there's something else he does, I couldn't find it.
[145]29. Misaka Imouto (Misaka Clone)(Boss): A HUGE endurance fight, boss is [129]Tube Guy. I recommend you be 28+ on all your characters, have your mage girl with full or near full mp and use the half spell cost crown on her, best if you have the third water spell (5 mana cost) because it's the strongest single damage spell up to that point.

You'll first fight 2 rounds of 4 Misaka clones, they can wittle you down with aoes. It may be best to focus one down at a time rather than aoe them all so you take less damage (Using the water spell and your 2nd pigs attack, you may be able to kill one in a single round) but your 10 mp aoe a few times works well too. Make sure to keep one alive at the end to drain her mana (gives about 20-25) and heal your party up each fight since there's a third fight after the 2 rounds of them.

I think I figured out Accelerator. When you first encounter him, you're asked if you want to kill him or leave him. Choose leave him, and you're asked whether to heal him or not. Choose that, and when you go fight the boss, he'll take on most of the Misaka clones, effectively skipping the first two rounds you saw.

Re: Orc Strike

After helping accelerator and defeating the boss i had got a catapult type thing following me with other team mates.... can anybody tell me how to use it or what it does.....

Re: Orc Strike

Hello, sorry to annoy you with a stupide question, but I cannot launch the game. RPG Maker won't recognize it and I don't have any error message, it juste close the game...
I try to find a tutorial but everything I found won't work. Can somebody help me please?

Re: Orc Strike

Will someone shoot me a download link in PM please.

translation: opinion

Hello. I'm translating this game (it's a side project of a side project, so don't expect it to be 100% finished anytime soon). Then I have a doubt and since you guys are the ones who are going to play it, your opinions are the best.

Imagine a cruel orc being mean to a woman (like you see in the game). During the dialogues, the orcs many times they say in Japanese "Ora ora ora" to them. Maybe you guys already know this kind of expression from animes (in fights too). It means something like "c'mon, c'mon!!".

But in the Orc Strike context, what do you prefer? Should I translate it to "c'mon c'mon", or do I keep the Japanese sound and write "ora ora!"? Or maybe something else. I don't know if "c'mon" would sound strange, or if "ora" would be understandable.

Also, about the orcs\pigs sounds in the middle of their lines: "buhi" (original) or "oink"?

@Rejohn071, what kind of error? Maybe you didn't changed the unicode characters idiom of your computer to Japanese.

Re: Orc Strike

i, myself prefer Romanization of Japanese but you should do what feels most comfortable to you

Also thank you for translating this

Re: Orc Strike

Personally, I like whatever the translator likes as long as he/she is consistent. I can't read Japanese so I'm trusting the translator to use fitting dialogue where necessary instead of straight "Japanese-to-English" translations.

And thanks for the translation efforts.

Re: Orc Strike

Do what you feel more comfortable with, it's not such a big deal I think.

Though I have to mention that I chuckle most of the time I see "oink oink" expression.

Re: Orc Strike

Dont change japanese Expresions, just use Romanji.

I hate when Spanish game changes English expresion. for instance watch Adventure Time in Spanish, Now watch it in English. It sucks in spanish.

Thanks for the translation, trying it now.

Please note the download does not include the file
RGSS200E.dll, so depending on installations (mine for instance) this can cause an error on startup.
The file can be copied from another game, say the translation of Vitamin Quest by the same translator.

EDIT:
during the introduction in the combat a number of the Skills are not translated

Re: Partially translated version

Looks good so far.

There are some typos, like "alredy" and "heros" in the intro with Gilgamesh, but otherwise good start.

Some skills appear to be not translated as pointed out already.

Re: Orc Strike

@cmacleod42 @brachna
Thanks. Taken care of.

Re: Orc Strike

The names of the orcs are not consistent between their Actor names that show up in battle and the names in the text (Gregory/Gregorio and Forman/Formano)

As for the "Ora Ora!" question earlier, you don't need to keep the literal meaning of it. During a sex scene it is probably just a noise of forceful enthusiasm, so you could probably go for any generic noise such as "Hnnngh" or "Haaaah" or something similar, to imply a sudden increase of movement or vigor.
