I agree with you completely. Its just that I've seen so much of the stuff my mind has sort of... I guess adapted to it and it doesn't phase me in any way.

I think he is referring to being eaten out while taking a dump. Which (Although I wouldn't know myself) seems like it would be awkward.
Unless of course I misinterpreted what you said urban, which is entirely possible.

*sigh* Yes, "farting outa the vag".

I likened it to the dump bit because say someone is busy tongue-wise down there and there's an abrupt *phut* in their face. Mortifying for both parties and almost certainly will be remembered for a long time to come.
