Imagine some old probably highly bigoted against anime judge is deciding if this is loli and hurts children or something (and if you look this up... there's a long precedent for this in many western countries). Would you be confident that this western judge will not label this content as loli? If the answer is no then just treat it as if its loli material. Better to have a forum to talk on then to not have one.

Dev has taken a fairly long hiatus early this year, but has resumed work, slow and steady. While the latest update (link removed) says he hasn't quite finished stage two, the latest animations show a different background, indicating they might be from stage three — which means he's probably close.

Also, I think it's worth exploring some of the most recent animations RAVE-N has posted, both because it's awesome, and because it seems to showcase some interesting mechanics.

Can also be useful to remember the differences between the Eastern and "Western" definition of Loli, Eastern is usually about prepubescent to early pubescent girl, while the Western one is synonymous with minor/underaged and looking the part.

Edit: Haltiel R2. It has a mummy scene for both protagonists. Although, it seems to be less "wrapping and draining", more "heroine gets fucked by a mummy".
Pretty sure you know, but there are mummies in Twilight Scramble. They do exactly what you said. And if you're into wrapping, there's another couple scenes you might be into — the spider scene with Miifa in the extended gallery would be one that comes to mind.

I like the idea of sharing preferences. Good way to take the thread away from the drama.
Personally, I really like escalation — which TS/EF do amazingly well. Like, monster has a draining animation, you fail the prompt, you get a more intense one.
Or, you fight a monster, then to your surprise, you fight them again with teammates. Like the drain worms in EF, or the slimes in TS — where you fought slimes that restrained you, slimes that drained you, then you fought them together and had a harder time shaking off the draining slime because you were restrained.

Sadly, Twilight Scramble had all its fetishes ghettoed, so monsters in the x dungeon only did x — and when he did this thing with bosses, it happened to be in the petrification dungeon. I can still recognize just how masterfully done that scene was, but it was really not up my alley.
Hope we see this again, with either two differing draining bosses (like, one does mana, one does HP… one is a transparent slime that engulfs you, one has tentacles…) or a mix, and then they aren't just comboing you, their powers are enhanced by the cooperation — like, the monster had to use two of his four tentacles to restrain you on his own, now you're restrained already by the other and he can use all four to drain you, stuff like that.

Edit: Just in case anyone mistook this, no I'm not mad at the mod, they're doing their best to keep this site up after all.

Modding is one of those jobs where you do a mountain of things right and no one notices, but you fuck up once and it's right on everyone's faces.
Let's remember it's volunteer work, in a place where content is controversial.
I've been very aware of the work the mods do for all the very long time I spent lurking, I've seen them build that mountain so much that I recognized the avatars before I made this account, and before I've ever started posting and experienced firsthand how helpful and patient they have been with me as I learned the ropes. And fucked them up. Repeatedly.
I am ever grateful, and even if they made a decision I think is wrong, I ain't holding it against them.
Might even respect them more, now that I'm aware that some of them have been doing all of that work while being visually impaired.

You don't remember that Twilight Scramble it also had a jellyfish that electrocutes you and drains you, I take it? It does.
Off the top of my head, you're also describing the milk jellyfish from Fairy Fighting.
