I got up at 4:30 AM that day to get myself some good deals on DVDs/Games/Other stuff. Didn't see any fights, but apparently there was one earlier at a Wal-Mart I later went to between a man and a woman.

My haul was this... (original prices in black)

Event Horizon DVD: $4.00/$10.00
Interview With The Vampire DVD: $4.00/$15.00
Pirates Of The Caribbean 3 DVD with Pirates 3 PC game: $10.00/$30.00
Okami for Wii: $20.00/$40.00
100 DVD-R's: $10.00/$30.00
2GB SD card: $8.00/$20.00

Total cost: $56 ($145 any other day)

I will say that Best Buy's deals this year sucked balls. Last year I got about 7 DVDs from them, and I got only 2 this time around.

The deals do sound tempting, and sometimes even moreso as years pass.

But it's often to rough-housey for me. If I'm around people who are fighting each other, I usually get stuck in the middle or join in for no apparent reason.

When the PS3 first went on sale I heard that there were folks in line for the fights, not the games. Go figure.
