They would be a hypocrite.

Porn is supposed to be fantasy. Fantasy is not real. So to suggest that our real-life morals correlate with fantasy, would only suggest a pure contradiction.

There is no hypocrisy in a porn maker wanting to be sure the law is uphold and there sure is no hypocrisy in a porn maker that makes porn for adults and doesn't want kids to look at it before they are legally considered capable of any kind of personal decision.

The hypocrisy lies in the law and the common sense.

My argument was if anyone applies their morals to fantasy content (as bobthemanseven suggested), then they're stupid. You can't say fictional material is morally good or bad. However, these stories can have morals in them, but that doesn't make it real. Once you question the reality, then you bring on the stupidity. By trying to say that the morals in reality should apply to fictional content, then yea... that's questioning the whole reality aspect to fantasy.

Just dumb.

I don't think we're arguing about the same thing here. If, however, you're trying to say that the maker of the game shouldn't mind having his game pirated because reality morals shouldn't apply to something that has a fantasy genre, then videogame makers like Activision and EA shouldn't mind having their work pirated because it also isn't strictly real.

Even if it's not happening in reality, it's the message given that matters and that message can have a moral factor, much like the depiction of a rape in books or videos, which might not be a crime for it's not real, but it still depicts a cruel and violent act, which is to be considered bad on a moral conduct.

This affects people through empathy, some will relate to the raper and enjoy the imaginary crime as reality in their minds, some will relate to the victim and feel the pain and humiliation as their own(Being this enjoyable for them or not doesn't matter here), others will do neither and simply let their minds move onto other matters or enjoy the show as a third party(most people do this).

Morals can be found in everything as long as someone can see it in there and on this note you made me notice something interesting.

If a man want to gain wealth from immorality, there is a good deal of hypocrisy in his moral conduct.:rolleyes:

Then again morals are not exactly something good and just make it hard to make flexible decisions, so it's better to have none and judge each event on it's own. :p

I'm back...and i got my long lost PC back. Instead of that shitty one. Could anyone please post a link of the newest version of Ghost House? Sorry for bothering you.

I see the thread has going on while i was gone at work...oh well. I can't pick up all this ranting around without focusing on each post.

Okay, i'm going off. I will stay online, but unable to respond. I got more work to do tomorrow. So i'll hope you guys can keep a link up until i arrive tomorrow. Thanks.

Does anyone have the menu code for this Blood mode? I can't seem to get the menu code in my version to change. I'm not even sure which version I am running.
