Apologies if this is a stupid question, but I'm a little confused. If Wings of Rodea already has an official English version on DLSite, what exactly is this partial for? I'm genuinely not trying to be rude, I'm just wondering if its perhaps supplementing something the DLsite download hasn't done or...?
