if i bought the game, i´d start complaining about the stupid changes in walkspeed and other shit before i even got to the gallery. for a game with different story arcs which cause replayability this one has very few comfort functions like higher movementspeed, no gamelag, a good teleport system, fast start up (fucking anoying castle quest....) and if i took the time i would find a lot more. i really hope their next game is programmed better...

The game is called Uprising, when the next update of roundscape comes around this month they will give us a preview of that game, or maybe even a demo.
One other question, the 2.3 did run normal on my windows 7, but the PC died after 5 years of service and now i have a new one with windows 10 and the game has insane loading times if i want to open a menue or change the screen, is this normal for win10?

If Arenus and Uprising are similarly upgraded from Roundscape those should both great games.
Seriously though, the problem with patreon is people taking money and then not doing work. This is not a problem that Kaliyo has.
This is basically the Winged Cloud business model but with more game depth.
They haven't said free after release for a long time, if ever. It still has much better production then Ass Effect, the first few games that guy did.

Your focus with the gallery is astounding... especially considering the authors have already said the gallery is the last thing they're going to complete, since there is little point to fixing it over and over while they add new scenes.
You can play the game or extract the images, so either you only want quick gratification, and the images will be enough, or you want the whole thing, and playing the game, leaving a save before the ending and then awaiting the final version won't be too much of a bother.
And it was said before, the part of "the game will be free" was never said in Offbeatr, that I remember, it was mentioned that the cost of the game would drop once the final versions would come in, that part has been proven true, since you can buy the game at DLsite at 16$, while their store, or the Offbeatr campaign asked for more.
Anyways, the next update will be the last, or near it, only the pregnancy system remains and the project will be considered done (and with DLsite in mind, I'd say the next one will be the last)

There's a huge difference between defending someones honest work and simply trying to cover some lazy plebs.
I really would love to work with that mindset irl. Fuck the customer, let me do my own thing whenever i want. Let me think for a second...what about people who don't know about that gallery BS and don't save before every fav scene and also are not that experienced with looking for the images? Does all of this sound like a dev team you would ever want to deal with again? Well sure if you're in love of getting fucked as a customer you surely will have a great time with that. Otherwise you tell everyone you know about that and they might do that too. How this ends is simple and quite a common thing nowadays. Maybe Kaliyo goes full Digital Homicide and sues other people cuz they talked bad stuff about their games.

That'd be an interesting thing now. How would one go about suing me for slandering their product? Not like you can sue a username and I'm unsure if a judge would feel compelled enough to sign a court order forcing ulmf to hand over any info they have on me. Not that that would help...

I was wondering how far devs can go. And in the end they pumped HUGE amount of money from people, and keep doing this. It's just need to compare how much games of AAA class you can buy for money you spend on this shitty game. Just multiply 10$x36 and... wow. And then you just need look at other games. Basically this game cost is about 5-10$ and... if you look at summ each supporter really spend on this game. That's kinda devastating.
Hope folks learned their lesson(but really doubting about that).

I did a lot of RPGmaker game, I never EVER saw a game this bugged. It broke (litteraly broke, I was able to pass through every walls, etc) during play.
Basically, it's a H-game:
