Story:
Ririka's recently deceased father was the boss of a small Yakuza group. The main family of the group has decided that your group should take up the business of running a brothel and producing porn (AKA Adult Videos). In addition, your father had borrowed some money from a fellow Yakuza, and if you can't pay back the debt in time, you will have to pay with your body. (Don't worry, there's no game over for not paying back your debt on time).

So IMO this is fucked up even by my standards. All except one of the prostitutes are under 18, and the youngest one is a primary school student. Oh and guess what, she's the most experienced prostitute in the group, with over 100 points of vagina experience right at the start. Seriously WTF? In universe one of the characters even calls you out for being a monster. The only saving grace is that it's possible to completely skip her sex scenes by not assigning her any work.
Gameplay:
The system is complicated. I will explain the basics here as best as I can. You can't lose in this game, so don't worry too much.
You start with one prostitute, but can upgrade up to 4. At the start of everyday except Wednesday you select how frequently they should work (see below), and on Wednesday you choose one or more of the prostitutes to produce an AV. Prostitutes get tired from sex, and if their health hits rock bottom your brothel will start to lose reputation (lower reputation = less income), so set a schedule that allows your prostitutes to recover health in between sessions.
At the begining your prostitutes can only give out hand jobs, blow jobs and boob jobs. Additional positions are unlocked by producing AV. Prostitutes gain experience point from sex and producing AV. EXP can be spent to upgrade their health recovery speed, reputation, price, etc. Each prostitute have several unique skills, e.g. the 2nd girl has super health recovery skill, and the rest are common, e.g. the bottom 3 skills let's you recovery additional health at the end of each day.
AV costs AV points to produce, indicated by the red number over the camera icon. Prostitutes gain AV points by having sex, at a rate of 10 customers per 1 AV point. More difficult AV requires more AV points, and higher sex stats (oral, boob, clit, vagina, anal, submissive). You also need male actors, which can be hired at a recurrent cost (i.e. you have to pay them weekly). You can assign up to 3 male actors per AV. Each actor has his own sex stats, which is added to the prostitutes skill points when producing AV. In addition, the male actors have keywords, e.g. lolicon, big boobs, NTR, etc, and at least one of the male actor you chose must have the keyword. For example, most of the primary school girl's AVs have the keyword "lolicon" and "flat chest", so you need one actor with both keywords, or 2 actors each with one keyword. Some AV are only accessible when pregnant, and vice versa.
Making AV is your biggest source of income. Money can be spent on paying your debt (but where's the fun in that?), or upgrading the brothel. One of the upgrade unlocks the blackmarket merchant, who will randomly visit on Wednesday. You can buy birth control pills and costumes from him.
Lastly, there's a "live together" system, in which you assign one of the male actors to live with the prostitute. Living with an actor increases the sex stats of the prostitues. You can see which sex stats the male actor will increase on the assignment page. Male actors will not have vagina sex with prostitutes who are still virgins, so you don't need to worry about the prostitutes accidentally losing their virginity. If the prostitute is not a virgin, they will have virginal sex, so over time the prostitute will get pregnant. Living with a male actor also increases their friendliness towards that particular prostitute, and grants you a bonus when calculating sex stats on AV day.
