I don't know if I was actually clever or it was intentionally designed to be passed that way, but I found that walking backwards through the area on floor 4 that wouldn't let you pass lets you get by without triggering the checkpoint that pushes you back. The areas of floors 5 and 6 that you can access afterwards are just short hallways, and I hit another roadblock at floor 7, so here's my save up there if anyone doesn't want to deal with climbing up to it, themselves. At the very least, there appears to be more instances of the "big penis" enemies that I think have new animations up there, so there's that (though I've noticed that trying to trigger their animations with the blacksmith simply doesn't work - guess the dev hasn't created them yet). Floor 2 also has an area that walking backwards let me access, though it was just a group of succubus girls that you can talk to (and as with all of the NPCs here, I don't know if talking to them actually matters/triggers anything).

If anyone else finds more to do, let me know, and to those who are wondering how I got past the boss on floor 4, I just used Cheat Engine to lower its health. The heck with wasting precious time trying to grind/find an effective way to beat them normally; I'm already frustrated enough with the constant battles that I can almost never run away from, especially when many of the enemies seem like damage sponges that can hit the entire party and inflict status effects. I imagine the game would be a little less frustrating if I knew Japanese, though.

Edit/Update: I did a little more poking around and found that I could now open a door on the second floor that has at least two bosses behind it (a wandering dragon and some miko-looking woman), so there's that much more to do, at least. I'll update with more if I play much further and find anything.

Second Update: Beat those bosses (though I assume the dragon is optional/not important), found that the first floor door could be unlocked, beat the boss (and dragon) there, then unlocked the door on the fourth floor, now I can access the majority of the fifth floor. I'm surprised that there's this much to do in the demo.

Final Update: I'm just about played out at this point - I made it to floor 8 and there's two locked doors that I don't want to mess with right now (one on this floor, one on floor 6). I'm deleting my old save and attaching my most current one if anyone wants to take a whack at it. Oh, and there was a boss with 10,000 HP on the eighth floor that I happily cheated to kill.

How do you walk backwards? I'm playing the full release and I have no clue where to go, the only open spaces are pushing me out when I try to walk in

Without a partial or way to translate this it is damn difficult to comprehend and get over numerous "stopping points" where you are clearly meant to understand something. Every usual translation tool I have is failing with the engine on this one, anybody had any luck?

Mentioned it in another thread but if all else fails there's always the option to use google translate on your phone and point the camera at your screen, it'll auto translate any text it recognizes.

So a heads up, from what I can see you don't need to invest too much in your characters and exploring the levels and what not at the beginning with the blacksmith girl.
Just kept talking to ! whenever I got stuck, usually unlocked a new passage, and once you hit level 6-7 you enter into an entire new game, do a small solo non-h bit with the new girl, and then it seems you start over at lvl 1 with the four girls on the title page, losing the blacksmith girl too (a damn shame, I liked her, shame she had barely any animations). Currently clearing through the second dungeon with the new team, maybe the first bit is just a prologue kinda thing, albeit a very long one.

I don't like the new girl at all. Imo she's just there for the sake of being there. I have to figure out how to make progress right now, probably have to check every ! again to trigger it. I hope the other girl you spoke about (I was confused why the girl in the artwork for the new game has red hair and the current blacksmith girl has blue one) has more to offer.

The whole starting looked fishy for me. Not starting at character lvl 1, new girl looks different than it should be, now you who confirms my suspicion. Anyway, I hope the dev put some effort into it and offers new stuff.

Edit: Ok, I have no clue where to go now. I have reached dungeon lvl 4 but there's no way I can reach lvl 5. Either there are blocked doors or I can't enter past a !. The mini boss on lvl 1 (the many green goblins) can't be defeated because they always attack first and use lewd attacks which ends in a lose and 1 HP for each girl. There's a small chamber on lvl 2 which can't be entered either.

Don't remember that far back, I am currently on dungeon 3 (after the new girl joins so technically dungeon 4), clocking 17 hours in, hopefully close to the end. Also don't mind my time as I actually try to read the game story at times, the language is way beyond my level with a lot of unused kanji that can get frustrating since I have to go to the dictionary every 2 minutes, so sometimes I just skip dialogue like a mad man out of frustration lol.

If you are stuck there are only 2 reasons for it
1 - you need to talk to a dungeon NPC about topic X
2 - you missed a spot on the map to explore

In dungeon 1 there is a guy on the first floor you will need to return to at certain point in the game to get a succubus scent, there is the actual succubus group you can talk to after that, the goblin you meet at the start, a dwarf you meet later on.
Just be sure to exhaust every talking option, and if you get stuck go looking for those people again because you probably got a new topic from one that is a trigger on another.

You need to get the succubus topic from someone 「 サキュバス 」(you maybe get it from the goblin I dont recall), and go talk to the guy at the first floor about it, he will give you succubus scent so you can get through to the place where you translated "human smelling people are off limits", there you can ask the succubus more things.

I see, yeah, you probably got the flag talking to the NPCs and was only missing trying to get through the area that was closed before.
Only place I really got stuck was in the second dungeon, one of the last floors, but it was because I didn't see this one small corridor at the left side of the map that allowed me to continue exploring the north side of the map (the first corridor you meet leading north is to the right and all girls complaim saying it is too hot to continue). I wasted a lot of time going back and forth looking for an item that would allow me to get through the corridor that didn't exist :x

I remember killing a roaming dragon but I don't remember if it was obligatory to do so, probably a topic from the succubus that allows you to open the gatethat leads to the lower floors.

To those of you who have played the first 'installment' and this, too: according to your experiences, is the "new" game a sequel or is it rather an enhanced remake (with added content) of sorts?

To be perfectly honest, it feels like an enhanced DLC version. New quests, new dungeons, new mechanics like the "choose left or right challenge". As far as the game itself with core gameplay and skills/gear it is outright identical to the first, the only difference is a 4th party member.
In H terms, again, you are looking at an almost copy paste, the H now appears magnified above the party rather than on the actual portrait like the first, but the quality seems to be the same so I wouldn't be surprised if it was the exact same animation just enlarged without any enhancement. The animations I've seen thus far are all in the first, and the only real new ones are the new girls, which the blacksmith had...3? 4? And the new red haired girl has her own amount, seen about a dozen unique so far and not really seeing anything new now or double teams like the other girls do sometimes.

In full honesty, I got to the 4th dungeon as user above mentioned, and it's kind of just becoming a slog to "when do I unlock the gallery mode already to see if I've already seen everything new?" unless the story holds merit for you, not so much when you need to use a phone and google translate camera unless you know Japanese. I still think the first game is one of the all time greats and so more is always welcome and I would cat site it without a second thought even now, but I do see it more as a DLC rather than a new game in it's own right tbh.

Ah yes, the door next to the dwarf could be opened. So far blue doors were "doesn't open from this side" problems for me unless I found my way around them for shortcuts. I was able to defeat the green two-headed dragon, found someone one floor below and can now pass the other way next to the dwarf. X3 Thanks again.

Danero Plus game clear save with gallery unlock.
Basic access: load the save, press C to bring up the menu, fourth option from the bottom.
Looks like the blacksmith's animations are not available here, at least in the 1.02 version. Enjoy.

Does someone know how to proceed after defeating the fire spirit guy on the fifth floor in the labyrinth with the stone walls and the new girl? I can't pick up the magic book on the pedestal and I can't proceed to the northeast (looks like it's hot there and I need protection first). Went back through every floor, read all of those stone tablets again, talked with every NPC I can find and tried every blue locked door (the ones you can usually open from the other side).

The miniboss (big red dragon on the fourth floor) is way too hard for my current lvl of 13. He one shots party members and he loves to hit multiple times.
