Just chill man, Ill is doing his thing and he will get it done.

The demos are just for finding bugs and testing mechanics/ scripts so there is no point in wasting the time to translate the demo when he could spend the time finishing the whole game.

I think it was posted bevor that the tranlsation of the game allready have begun. So if I whould do it I whould start with the Prologue and end in the last act of the game... so it does´nt matter if it´s a demo or not... IF (i repeat IF) there allready is a translation of the Prologue it should be no Problem to get it in the english demo. The english Community whould test the game with more fun if they can read and undestand the great Story! Beside that we also could find grammar and other text mistakers.

Well, here's a status on translation. I was going to translate the game, but a number of concerns caused me to hesitate a bit on this (mainly Guro; whilst I don't like guro, the real problem is that I beleive UK law makes Guro illegal. Putting my name to the project would not, I think, be a good idea.) Since then ILL says he has found someone willing to translate the game, although he hasn't been more specific on this.

There is, somewhere in this thread, a proof-of-concept translation of something like the first 3 rooms which I did. Even though it will still work with current versions, It probably isn't worth seeking out.

Well not all of us like guro I have it set on disabled, so you could just translate the non-guro parts?

But better wait for ILL for a final answer.

Even this are bad news at least thank you for the Informations.
I hope Ill stays as healthy as possible and can complete his game as soon as possible... ...and i hope he can solve your law-problem so we can see an english D&P in spring or summer 2014 and not in winter 2020 :eek:

I'm not a fan of guro or scat but the real issue, as far as I'm concerned, is the legal situation. I'm not a lawyer, but I'm pretty certain that this game would count as extreme porn in the UK, and hence possession is an offence. I doubt that the filters would have an effect on the legal situation, and if I translated the game then I would kinda be advertising my possession of said game... and I really don't want to take that chance.

Also as a note: a translator would not benefit from the filters etc. as those filters are inside the game, whereas a translator is using some form of editor, and hence not translating from "inside the game" as it were. Any translator would have to be happy with translating the entire thing.

As I said though, ILL says he's found a translator, so people who want a translation can hope for that.

Zombies are good for business, but ryona and guro may not serve the same purposes good enough.

Games like Manhunt are legal and showing them on youtube is fine too, but showing naughty bits of women is something terrible.
We live in a world of hypocrisy.

I think its not the gore it self but when it becomes sexualized that it becomes the problem. Also no one really wants to be known as the person who legalized fucking bodies.

Interesting game! I'll most certainly keep my eyes glued for a full version with an English translation.

I found a very skilled translator and it is progress. but wait for a while to english translated demo.

Anyway yeah, that'd be me. I won't promise to get it done fast, but I do intend to get it done right, for whatever that's worth. Some of you might remember my failed attempt at translating Kunoichi Ninpocho 3 a few years back, see the blog for my thoughts on that and how it reflects on this project, tl;dr is "Circumstances are very different from back then, and I'd like to think I've improved a lot."

Oh my. I was holding off on playing this game until an English translation came out because I'm picky like that, so this is pretty good news since now I'll (hopefully) be able to play sooner than I expected.

Wow, that feels nostalgic, I did wish someone had finished that.

Glad to see you back though, I'm sure you'll do a fantastic job with this project!

Edit: just looked at the game the translator translated before, its the worst peace of art I have ever seen XD

This means not he is bad at translation!
