Boy was I stuck there... You need to go to the poison swamp in the west of the town that was already available in the demo. In the north of the swamp map is a new staircase.

This is btw the final dungeon. You need to increase her hornyness to open doors. I am stuck at 199 and I guess you need to use the clothes to unlock events in the towns, but i can't figure out who wants what. I guessed you need the nurse clothes in the hospital, but no one there reacts to me.

Volleyball uniform = Prison in Castle Basement
Sailor Moon Uniform = Marketplace in town
Nurse Uniform = Hospital, after the other 2

Now i am stuck in the 4th floor with 299%

I'm stuck in the farm area where you need to kill the demon soldiers. I killed four of them, can't find any more but the quest isn't progressing. Poked every corner of the area.

A bug?

You have to kill al of them to progress... You know that you can walk on the fields and there are some more in the north?
Other then that.. They are hard to find, but I am sure you missed one

Triggering the earthworm event in the middle of the buildings spawned one more soldier for me to kill I think - it's a glowy symbol, kinda hard to see against the light background.
