Really that law is a joke, look at Ayane..seriously a minor? Well how about how DOA promote them in bikinis and wearing ecchi stuff shouldn't that breech the law making minors sexy?
Its fiction it is something completely different to real cases.
Does it encourage people to look at real minor stuff? No.
I for one don't mind loli and lol the 16 big bust anime characters but I would get sick seeing real minor stuff that is disturbing.
Its a law just to justify saying well a pedo can't use for his/her defense that the cartoon/anime/video game made me do it.....just like how people blame violence in games as a influence.
