Story From Dlsite:
Captured in battle, Luna went from prisoner of war to slave.
She was sold to Veltierd on the slave market.
That might have been the end of her story, but she saw a chance to escape.
That is, by winning a tournament.
Luna began training for victory, using engineered drugs to build her strength.
The drugs had a strong aphrodisiac side effect.
Will Luna win her freedom? Or has she doomed herself to deeper slavery..
Gameplay:
In terms of sexual content; The integration into gameplay is mediocre, but the artwork itself is decent. It's also worth noting that the RPG stuff (dungeon crawling, loot gathering) is quite polished, even though it uses standard RPGMaker tilesets and sprites. The author clearly put some work into it, and it doesn't feel like time-wasting filler material (it would probably get boring if you were forced to grind the missions repeatedly, but fuck that - just cheat instead). The controls are responsive, and the game incorporates a very helpful fast-travel system so that you aren't forced to repeatedly walk the same path every day. There's even a whole exploration/traversal minigame (kinda like a board game) which you can access in NewGame+.
Corruption - yes. There's a percentage score which is increased by doing sexual things. The most obvious example is earning cash to buy gear: you can work in the bar (for $x) or the brothel (for $2x and an increase in corruption). The character also does not acquire EXP from combat; the only way to boost stats is to brew and then drink a variety of aphrodisiac potions.
Some scenes can be unlocked only if the character is sufficiently corrupted; others require her to remain virginal (so you'd need at least two playthroughs to unlock everything - unless you decide to cheat). There doesn't seem to be any integration of the character's corruption into combat (e.g. should a lewd character be more vulnerable to tentacle attacks?). NPCs don't really "care" - your character is technically a slave, but her owner won't complain if she whores herself out to everyone in sight. Actually, there's minimal interaction with NPCs aside from scripted sex scenes -- the game starts out with a few VN-style dialog choices, but it quickly abandons them and just focuses on telling its own story.
Battle-rape - no. There are a few battles which end with either your character or a rival character getting sexed up (depending on whether you win or lose). But the actual combat mechanics are all about smacking people with swords (or fireballs) until they fall down.
