Wisecracks aside, there is one, it's not complete (but getting there, Translator's still active) but it's decent. It's on F95.

yeah i used the one on F95, but when i use it, there's a glitch that won't undress the enemies when i use the skill to strip clothes

Like, the skill works and all, but the CG remains the same
