i installed the game got all the information and now it's telling me that it's "Unable to find file Audio/BGM/015-Theme04."

either this game is way to old or there is files missing from the sound tracks. i am not a happy person :(
i'm having the same problem sadly, does anyone have the file so i can download it or the answer to this dilemma?

Did you install the rpg maker rtp?

And what are you guys talking about installing the game? you dont need to install the game... , just install the rpg maker rtp and start the game.exe

here's the game link i uploaded few months ago...

Its the golden edition i have and everything is working for me. If u're wondering why its not the same size as some other links that because i didn't include the RPT with the game.

just download and install the rpt from the first link and it should work 100%.

Re: The Legend of Queen Opala! [RPG Maker]

I remember playing the first one a few years back. Became obsessed with doing everything. While I never did(last I checked never beat the Lord of Time and missed a few illustrations), I came damn close and felt really satisfied by the time I put it down. Even started it back up half a year ago I think for old time's sake. Went for that king of egypt ending and did a whole new completionist run.

And from everything I've read on Gabe's Hentai Foundry profile and that recently made blogspot of hers, the second game will be a few times larger in almost every way and give me something to waste a lot of time on.

Ugh, disregard this, I just looked up... I was looking two, three, four pages back.

My mistake, ignore this noob, I'm sorry.

The first one was absolutely great in terms of gameplay, the second one.... not so much.... It's larger indeed but for all the wrong reasons, grinding cash and mobs is an absolute chose (some of the later enemies will just not do any damage to you but still take like 20 rounds to kill) and most maps have huge empty spaces to walk through, including a cumbersome world map which adds up to often more than a full minute of blank walking before getting to a resting spot and then another minute to get back to where you left off. Shame, really.

Actually, this is where a LOT of explaining is needed. I think the only thing I can completely agree with is the mobs if Gabe left them like they were in the last public release.

For one, said last release was I think in the middle of 2013 or 2012, forgot which but it's one of the two. And at that point the main story wasn't even done, and there were a lot of things beyond that to finish. The Tower of Despair, pretty much ALL postgame content.

I still remember how barren the northern wastes were, and she said she added more areas and content to them. As for the world map, I'd wager Namaria's as big as the first game, not counting the northern wastes, egypt, and the ocean and the islands dotting it. I think in one of her most recent blogspot posys she mentioned working in more sidequests to make some areas less barren.

All in all, a lot of work has gone into it since the last public release, and the full game is due in the next few days.
As for the rest of the map, I'd wager that Namaria's th

My complaint was not that the area's where barren, it's that every map has this "transition" area leading in and out of it, usually taking 5-15 seconds to cross just this empty transition area in and out (specially before you can sprint) and then another 5-15 seconds spent just navigating the map, this means going back and forth to heal just takes forever. If this happened once or twice it's fine, but it really adds up over the course of playing the game, added to the plentiful walking already present in a game like this the actual gameplay vs navigation is just way off balance.

Ah. That makes sense. I kinda felt the same way, even with the crystals. As a completionist, I'm hoping that all the stuff to do and obtain in the game makes up for it.

Which is a good thing. With all the collectibles in this series, playing all the chapters at once can be tedious and mentally exhausting.

Dat replayability tho.

Honestly, as a fan of Sparrow's art style, I quite liked finding the collectible art and the Gabrielle-themed cards. I'll admit, it was primarily done after finishing the story mode, but it added a huge amount of stuff to do, killing champion monsters and so on.

The walking could get to be a pain in the ass though, there's a lot of faffing about in the game. A visit to the wiki is sadly almost indispensable, imho.

Re: The Legend of Queen Opala! [RPG Maker]

Nah, if its anything like the previous two, especially the latter, there'll be sex scenes as your progress through the story, with different styles depending on whether you choose western or eastern (and now there's a bonus beastman mode as well).

Then there are additional collectible pics around the world. In LoQO2 they were in different groups, there were just the normal collective pieces that you sometimes got from fights, or from talking to people, or just found in chests, and then there were the Gabrielle "Cards" which were similar in many respects except for having a separate collection counter towards achievements as well as it having a bit of a side-storyline, and lastly there was a porn mag that you got sent copies of as you increased affection from your female teammates or met certain in-game requirements (like upgrading your estate).

Re: The Legend of Queen Opala! [RPG Maker]

Getting sent the porn mags for raising your party member's affection was the stupidest mechanic of Opala 2. "Oh you know those party members you've spent sweet talking all game, enjoy these magazines of them getting fucked by everything. Oh by the way, you will never touch them". Yeah, fuck that
