think you have to beat the game once.

I got the option after completing it the first time.

yep, it's the 7th character that you could glitch into existence in ver 1.0 but the rest of her data didn't exist in that build, so you ended up stuck at some point.

New update is out
In order to get the 7th character you have pick the second to last option in the idol girl's choices and put the number:9870261428. Afterwards she will call her friend who will show up.

The gallery has also been updated to contain more pictures, not only the ones about the new girl.

The gallery now also registers pictures from when the girls mess themselves up more when the laxatives and diuretics work while they are passed out.
And the pregnant ending pictures.

Also, now it is possile to save during the scaring and the raping.

Edit: Adding new 100% savefile.

On the new version, that one is simply one of the "cum over the girls" scene, from the usual otions when masturbating to the panties.

Now, the right most one is the "masturbating on socks" that exists only when you try to masturbate to the diaper wearing girl, on a game she was wearing her diaper.

You can choose if she will wear diapers or panties at the beggining of the game.
Top choice is panties, bottom choice is diapers.

I have this and the 2nd game of the series. Both will not start, just shut down immediately after a second. Does anyone you know how to fix this?

^ Aside the random ASCII named .exe (either run applocale, put windows in japanese mode or rename the .exe to something readable [like courage4.exe]), .dll errors are most of the time Windows related : search on Google for your KERNELBASE.dll and try to overwrite it (backup first) .....

Any other game/program/anything bugging out ?

Pretty sure this is the problem, that name looks very much like screwed up .zip encodings.
You'll probably need to change your system locale to japanese,
then unpack the game again, and you'll get filenames that actually work...

This time, google fu say it's "public" version.
